"Why do we have to be here so early?" You whine while you follow Fernando into the paddock, needing to supress a yawn because it is still so early and that means it is way before your time. Normally you would like to sleep in, catching some more rest but you wanted to accompany Fernando the whole weekend and that means that you have to wake up early and deal with the media day which starts even earlier than the Friday practice.

"Because the media likes to torture me before we even start the interview." Fernando explains you with a roll of his eyes. He is not the biggest fan of media days, but it is one of the responsibilities as a racing driver and there is no chance, he can avoid being asked endless questions, most of the repeating themselves over and over again.

"I want a coffee." You continue to be a bit moody because you did not had time to get a coffee in the hotel and you need the black gold to properly wake up. Normally you never leave the house without having at least one coffee inside of you, but Fernando and you stayed in bed as long as possible and there was no time to grab a quick coffee from the hotel.

"If I don't get my coffee soon someone is going to die." Fernando adds to your wish because he desperately needs one too. You giggle at his words, knowing exactly how grumpy he can get without a coffee, and you grab for your husband's hand, searching for some body contact what normally will sooth his bad mood.

"I am not sure if this is a clever idea, but I will accompany you." Another giggle leaves your lips and Fernando smiles at you. He adores the way your voice sounds right now, a mix out of happiness with a little bit of your tired self. Fernando has not told you yet, but he is over the moon that you will be with him for the whole weekend and not just a little bit of it. He is still grateful if you only manage to come for a part of it, but he still prefers having you by his side the whole weekend.

"We better get us some coffee before we both start to murder people." Fernando eventually speaks up just before the two of you reach the Alpine hospitality. He does not care if he is late for his first interview, he just wants a coffee now and he wants to spend some quality time with his wife.

"We really should." You agree and follow him into the hospitality where are already a lot of people even though it is still early. Fernando and you greet a few of them, making your way over to the coffee machine finally getting your deserved cup of black coffee which will make your day way better.

"Have fun." You grin at Fernando who laughs at your sarcastic sounding words because you know exactly that the interviews will be anything but fun for Fernando but a least the two of you finally have a coffee now and will not have to murder people because of the lack of caffeine.
