TWO DAYS LATER. MINHO'S APARTMENT.
"why the hell is hyunjin your lockscreen?" jeongin yelled at minho, his eyebrows furrowed.
the elder looked up at his boyfriend, "is it that big of a deal?" he questioned, not taking jeongin seriously.
"yes, it's a big fucking deal! how would you feel if i had someone else as my lockscreen?" the younger's arms were flaring around as minho was just staring at him.
"i don't fucking like him like that, jeongin! people have their friends as their lockscreens all the time!" minho began to become irritated.
"this is why we broke up last time! we always argue!"
"oh, so you want to break up with me now?" the brunet's voice became offended.
"maybe if you keep acting like this."
silence. minho didn't say anything and neither did jeongin. the younger sighed and sat down next to his boyfriend.
"no, i don't mean that. i love you, gosh. just maybe you should stop talking to hyunjin, since he seems to be the cause of our arguments. i want us to stay together." jeongin softly held minho's hand.
"what?" the elder jerked his head towards the black-haired boy, "but, you know what just happened to him a-and he needs someon-" minho was panicking.
"i know what happened to hyunjin, and he'll have people there for him— i'll be there for him. i just don't want to lose our relationship due to him."
minho was beyond confused, none of this made sense.
"but if you can be there for him, then why can't i?"
"there you go, always having a good heart and caring for people. didn't you two used to hate each other not that long ago? you guys aren't even real friends. you weren't even there for him while chan was all over him. i know how hyunjin is, he wants me there. he won't even care when you two stop talking." jeongin finally made eye contact with minho and he saw how the elder's lips were quivering, he had went too far. nonetheless, he smiled at his boyfriend, wiping the small streaks of tears that fell down his pretty face.
"it's for the best, hyung. you love me, don't you?"
