Arranged Marriage pt 24

The next day Raghvi woke up in each others arms. They cuddled for a bit whilst Raghav teased Pallavi about last night's events. A blush spread across her cheeks as she hit his chest playfully. Raghav decided to freshen up as Pallavi was on a call with Krishna. Once he was done, he prepared a nice bath for Pallavi knowing her body must need it after their night yesterday. He knew it would help sooth the pain. He went back in the bedroom and got dressed. Once Pallavi was done talking to her on the phone she took her sweet time in the Bath her dear husband prepared for her. Meanwhile Raghav called Farhad.

R: what's the story with Jay? 

F: you won't need to worry about him anymore Anna, we found him and now he's been arrested. I've told the officers to punish him severely.

R: Excellent and what about Esha?

F: well, we've been trying to locate her but she's untraceable at the moment.

R: hmmm, try harder Farhad and once you find her, report back to me instantly, I need to have a word with her.

F: Will do Anna.

He hung up on him when he heard the bathroom door open. Pallavi came out in her robe and looked for an outfit to wear. Today the Raghvi had decided to go on a picnic. Pallavi had been going on and on about wanting to go on a picnic so Mr. Perfect couldn't say no to his wife.

Raghav being Raghav he convinced his wife that he would help her get dressed. She knew it was only a means for him to have his hands all over her, and although she was fully capable of dressing herself, she let Raghav do it for her. It took her an extra 30 minutes to get dressed due to Mr horny Rao's antics. After 'helping' her get dressed. Pallavi made sure to hide the visible marks on both their necks. Whilst doing so Raghav decided to tell her the truth.

"So, I found out who the mastermind behind my attack was." 

She stopped what she was doing and looked up at him.

"it was Jay, well he played a part in it but Esha is the one who set everything up."

"oh my god, has that bastard been caught?" She said as her eyes expressed fear after hearing his name.

"Yes, we don't have to worry about him anymore. This is the last time his name will be brought up. I don't want to put you through all that again." He said pecking her temple.

"I'm such an idiot. You told me not to forgive Esha but I didn't listen to you. And now because of my stupidity, you could have gotten seriously hurt." She mumbled into his chest.

"My love, none of this is your fault. You didn't know She was going to do this. Don't be so harsh on yourself."

Pallavi hummed sadly.

"Enough of this, help me cover this mark please, otherwise Amma and Keerti would not stop teasing me." He said chuckling to brighten up her mood.

Pallavi giggled and did what she had to do.

"Acha lets go, we've got a picnic to go to." Raghav said as he took her hand in his and went downstairs.

The Raghvi prepared all the food and put it in their picnic basket. They were waiting for the driver to come around. 

"I'll get that" Pallavi said when the bell Rang.

She walked to the door and opened it and to her surprise instead of seeing the driver's shoes she saw a pair of heels.

Her eyes traveled up and widened when she recognised the person. It was Maya.

"Hello Mrs Rao," She said with so much hatred laced in her voice.
