Dedicated to @Dark_Nightmare555 for her suggestion for last chapter's title.
[[Thank you so much because even if I didn't use it in the end I really really appreciated it and I actually really tried to find a way to incorporate your idea. Thank you again babe. Love you xox]]

When I wake up it's ten in the morning and Frida is still snoring away, sounding scarily alike to a pig with a drill. Gangster McShades is nowhere to be seen — not that I expected him to be — and there's no note or explanation as to where he's gone. In the daylight (after I open the thick, pitch black curtains), the room is a lot clearer, and now that there are no distractions I take the opportunity to properly take it in. The theme is — surprise, surprise — black and white like the bathroom, save for a few items that are navy, like his bedside lamp, and his chair. Overall, he's decorated the room pretty well, actually. It's minimalistic and casual and cool, just like McShades. I probably wouldn't have pinned him as a neat freak if I hadn't been in hs room, but everything is perfectly in its place, making the soiled jumper still draped over the desk chair stick out like a sore thumb. I scan the room again, this time noticing that Shades' worn brown boots are no longer by the door.
So he's left.
What now?
It's a Tuesday, so my only class for the day is Creative Writing, which starts at three. Frida made sure all her classes start after one, because she wakes up at noon — on a good day. We're okay here, I think, for now. There's nowhere we have to be, so I can let her sleep. Seeing as I have nothing else to do, I decide to attempt at a decent morning routine before I venture out. I pathetically clean my teeth using toothpaste and my index finger before rinsing with some mouthwash. That will have to do, I shrug. I don't know if Gangster would want me using his fancy, expensive-looking shower and I don't exactly feel comfortable doing so, and so I opt to just splash my face and pits and lightly spray some of the deodorant on the counter onto me. It smells husky and manly as hell, but it's my only option. Frankly, I'vr always thought that men's fragrances smell the best.
I'm all too aware that the damaged door will offer me no protection whatsoever, so I don't try to do any changing. I make sure, however, that I pull my skinny jeans back on before I go out. I'm not too keen on wearing my spoilt jumper though, so the baggy wifebeater stays. I slip into my wedges before I go out, knowing that it probably isn't wise to walk out only in socks after a party full of drunken teenage youths. Part of me is anxious to check that my hair isn't in dreadlocks, but strangely enough, Gangster McShades doesn't own a mirror — not even a small one. I have to content myself with running my hands through it a few times and throwing it into a messy bun.
Saying a silent prayer that nobody will have the guts to do anything to Frida in broad daylight, I walk out of the room and down the stairs. There are a couple guys there picking up empty bottles, cups, and various items as I walk through. One of them gives me small smile and the other shoots me a curious look, so I give an awkward wave of my hand as I pass into the living room. The guys must've already cleaned up in here, and it's surprising to see it looking so... normal. It's so easy to just think of a frat house as a place only to party in, and forget that this is home to a bunch of normal guys — and Gangster, of course. I shake my head and double back, remembering that I'm supposed to have been headed to the kitchen. The two guys look up again as I walk past and I point to the kitchen with a sheepish smile. "Went the wrong way."
The one that had smiled at me earlier straightens up, pausing his cleaning. "It happens," he shrugs. "I'm Liam, by the way, and that's Louis." Liam points to the guy in the striped shirt who isn't paying any attention to us. "I'd shake your hand, but we ran out of gloves and I think I've touched some questionable substances," he alerts me with a grin that's too adorable not to return.
