I was hurt when Raj changed the last word of his poem but whatever he does there is reason behind it. I have known him since my childhood and if he is delaying to say it out there must be a strong reason.

Since morning he is restraining himself from saying it or planning for something huge like today. He does know that I love him as I have blurted it out and I know he loves me. He has not just whispered that night thinking I have slept but he is showing his love on his own.

The clapping sound brings me out of my trance and makes me realise that the echo system is still running as the Elanthari song starts. Somewhere in between making love, due to the adrenaline rush, the music faded to my ears.

After Raj disappeared into the cabin unable to face me, the silence in the forest was killing me. I took his mobile to resume playing music but found his battery charge was only forty three percent.

I connected my phone to the echo system to play the songs as his mobile might need for the house automation system. Ever since I entered the backyard, it felt like the stream was calling me.
