When Thooriga asked me to suggest a place for dinner, I took them to one of the places where I frequent to check about Thooriga's security details from abroad. Everyone knows me here, from the janitor to the owner and when the DJ notices me, he makes my entry as an announcement.

A group of girls pulled me to the dance floor as Thooriga was watching us. Though her face was a mask of anger, her eyes displayed hurt.

Maybe she will change her idea about me after watching this part of me.

I joined the girls on the dance floor and started dancing with them, but my eyes were watching Thooriga and her activities. Thooriga looks at me and the way the girls rubbing, their bodies on me. When she notices that I'm watching her, she pretends to look around the bar.

I could feel her jealousy as she gulps down the drink in one take and moves towards the bar for a refill. A girl turns my face towards her to kiss me, knowing that Thooriga is watching me, I kiss that girl back. It means nothing to me and my body doesn't respond to the heat around me. When I pull back to look at Thooriga to see her reaction, she is nowhere near the bar or at the table with her friends.

All the air from my lungs leaves my body. I thought Thooriga would hate me but I didn't expect this. A moment of distraction cost me her safety. I could hear my heart beat over the music beats. I looked around the bar cum restaurant to locate her, but she was nowhere.

Sabarish came running towards me to say what I already knew. I watch Tina's eyes rise from her mobile and look around the place while sharing about it to Tanya.

I pray that she should have gone by herself and not gotten kidnapped. "Tina vayum Tanya vayum car ku kootitu po. Apadiye avanga kita, Heiress enga poi irukanga nu theriyuma nu kelu," I order Sabarish and tell him that I'll go in search of Thooriga. (Take Tina and Tanya to the car and ask them whether they know where the Heiress has left)

Shit! Shit! Shit!

I wanted her to hate me. But I never thought it could lead to her missing. I can't fail to protect her. If anything happens to her, there would be no meaning of me to fucking live.

I know this place in and out, and she wouldn't have gone that far. She probably must have left the bar through the back door, because, if she had gone to the washroom or if she had gone through the front door, Sabarish would have caught her.

I ran out of the pub through the front door, towards the point where the alley at the back side of the bar meets the main road to find a guy misbehaving with her. Though my life comes back to me, I wanted to punch that bastard on his face for misbehaving with her.

But before I could reach to help her, she twists that guy's arm and flips him over her shoulder, grounding him and as he grunts in pain, she kicks at crotch. I kept standing there stunned, watching her defend herself.

She fights like a fireball.

She walks fast in my direction, looking back at the guy, not noticing that I'm standing there and hits into me as she turns in front. Immediately, my hands go around waist to hold her from falling in spite of balanced footing.

I smile at her and looking behind her, I say, "I'm impressed."

Thooriga looks irritated and dejected at the same time, she pushes my hands away from her. "High School ku ena enga padika anupuna nu maranthutiya?" (Did you forget where you sent me for high school?)

"Haan, South Korea ku aana itha ethirpakalala," I registered my surprise. (Yeah, to South Korea, but this was unexpected)

"Yen enna follow panitutu iruntha un aalunga unaku ethuvum solalaiya?" (Didn't your minions who were stalking me mention it to you?)
