Argghh! My head and neck are hurting.

I sat up on the bed, holding my head and tried to rub my neck but my hand came in contact with a big knot. I looked down to realise, I'm wrapped in a towel which is knotted around my neck to hold the towel around my body. A bathrobe was also wrapped around my body but the tie has come loose. I removed the knot completely and wore it properly when my eyes fell on the person lying next to me.

I looked around the room and it looked like the bedroom I'm sharing with Rudhran. But in the one week of our marriage, he has never slept shirtless around me. I tried to recollect what happened last night but I couldn't remember anything much other than him introducing me to his college friend as Thooriga's friend and I'm ordering Tequila shots.

What else can I expect from him other than to be introduced as his wife?

Now, I ended up with a splitting headache without knowing how I came here and who changed my dress. I slowly moved towards him, held his shoulders and turned him around. I sighed with relief looking at Rudhran and he murmured before yawning and stretching with his eyes closed.

His biceps and pectoral muscles flexed and the blanket slipped down a little exposing the waistband of his track pants. But his body jolted with a shock and he immediately sat up. "Taran, school ku late ayiducha? Sorry sorry." He searched for his mobile and looked at me. (Taran, are we late for school?)

Did he take some alcohol last night?

"Ohh, we are in Punjab." He smiled at me and moved closer to me. "Slept well?" He tucked a hair behind my hair.

What happened to him?

"Yes." I leaned back, looking at him in confusion. "What happened last night?"

Rudhran curled his left hand around me and pulled me against him. The moment made me lose balance but I kneeled on the bed and held onto his shoulders. His one leg was folded between us while his other leg was curled behind me.

Why is he behaving weird?

"The thing which should happen between a husband and wife happened." He tucked the other side hair behind my ear and caressed my cheeks.

I looked at him for a second before laughing at his face. "Do you mean we had sex last night?" He nodded, hiding his awkwardness and I laughed more falling on the bed. "I don't feel any pain but nice try to scare me." I rolled laughing and held my stomach.

My laughter was seized when Rudhran came up on me and pinned me to the bed. "But there are a few drugs in the market that can be used to spike your drink and you may not remember what happened last night." He maintained a serious face but I'm not making the old mistake now.

"But I know that you won't force me when I'm sober and you won't take advantage of me when I'm drunk." I smiled at him with confidence.

He looked at me taken aback and got off me. He went near the balcony, pushed the curtains a little and peaked outside. "It's not raining." He turned to look at me. "Are you sober or do you need some lemon water? Because usually you don't think of me as a good person. I'm a creep to you who is always trying to make a pass at you."

"I'm sorry." I got down from the bed. "I learned to trust you."

He looked at me for a moment before he spoke. "We kissed last night."
