The words of the astrologer have been ringing in my ears ever since he predicted for me. I could understand the predictions for my parents, Thooriga and Raj but not mine.
Thooriga is the apple of our eyes and she has returned home. Whatever happens, Raj would save her with his life. And for Raj, he has lost all his family at different stages of his life. As Thooriga had a crush on him, he stayed away from her and sent her away. But she didn't stop loving and now they are together.
Though my parents had problems with my marks, the girl I married and literally everything that might project them as less in front of their circle, their greatest concern has always been me..

Because of their comparison, despite being a single child I stayed away from the kids of the Mansion as Raj used to be playing with them. When Thooriga was born, my parents allowed me to spend a very little time with her. So, Chandriga Anni mostly took her to play with Raj.

I was envious of Raj until we both joined the same college and ended up in the same hostel room with Siva and Samarth, according to alphabetical order. My parents were happy that Raj scored less marks than me in twelfth board exams and opted for Mechanical engineering.
