CHAPTER 25 - Final Chapter

It's been a few weeks since her deep conversation with Claude...and only a week left before she'll give birth to their child. But before she gives birth, she wanted to talk with Diana. They haven't been in contact ever since her change and it worries her at what happened to her. Is her situation worse that Claude? If she was willing to be consumed by the darkness, she would have alot of bad conditions, especially mentally

'I need to talk to her...or else I won't be able to give birth with ease. Today...I'll talk to her today'
She felt determined to talk things out with her and also understand what she's been feeling

'And here I am working hard to fix the situation when I should be resting right now'
Thanks to her divine mana, she was able to strengthen herself and be able to walk normally unlike any 9 month old pregnant woman. She waited till night time...the perfect time to see how much black magic is implanted to Diana. If there is any black magic any way

She stood at the front of the door to her bedroom, that determined look never faded one bit. With a heavy sigh, she knocked on the door gently. A second later, the door opened and she can see the figure of Diana, yet she couldn't fully see her due to how dark it is

"...Selene?"
It's pretty obvious that it was Selene because of her glowing hair that brightens the darkness

"Diana, can we talk?"

Diana was what you can say flabbergasted. Yet, Selene could see the amount of black magic injected in her

"You've changed so much Diana. In a bad way I can say"
Selene said with a worried tone. She needs to know if she was forced or willingly made that thing be placed in her

Diana was silent for a while. The sound of the wind getting clearer and the moonlight illuminating them

"Diana, please know that I am your friend. No matter what happens, I want you to be happy to whatever decisions you make. And if something's wrong, I want you to know that I'm here to listen to your struggles and problems. I'm not called a friend if I don't get worried and I'm not deserving to be called a friend if I don't know what's wrong with my friend that I have a bond with, even at such a a short time. But, if you do not want to reveal how you truly feel, then-"
Selene was cut off when she got a clearer view of Diana, shocked when she saw tears escaping Diana's eyes. Growing more shock when Diana suddenly went in to hug her. Her cries being heard

"It hurts so much Selene...please make it stop"
Selene sighed in relief when she heard those words. So she was forced as well just like Claude...but now that they're in this situation,

"Diana, Claude told me a few weeks ago..that you've both been in bed together without him knowing...do you know about this? Did you remember what you were doing?"
Diana flinched. Her attention twisted to Selene. Noticing the calm expression

"His Majesty..told you about that time?"
Selene realized that Diana was shaking from fear. Quickly, she held her shoulders and tried to calm her down...she was hyperventilating

"Breath Diana! Breath! I'm not mad alright? I just want to know"
