This was a pitch idea I had in my head for a cartoon series for years.
In the Not-too distant future, Earth has become a safe haven for a myriad of Alien species that want to live out their lives co-existing with us, but not all of them come in peace. There are some extraterrestrial visitors who wish to harm us, and that's where Sector 51 comes in, a top-secret organization of intergalactic peacekeepers stationed at Area 51, Nevada meant to protect mankind on behalf of the Council of Planets. And their secret weapon: a teenage girl named Lena Sullivan who possesses extraordinary powers due to her being a starchild, a term for those who were born part human, part alien.
