The owner of the most popular galactic diner this side of the solar system that serves some of the best alien cuisine from across the cosmos Known as Joe's galactic diner located in the slums of "Alien Town" a sectioned-off area of Lincoln County, Nevada home to a good chunk of the population of Earth's alien immigrants (basically Chinatown but for Aliens), Joe is a proud business owner that doesn't appreciate people wrecking his place, which is why doesn't like those associated with Sector 51 because every time they come they always end up causing tons of collateral damage when chasing alien hooligans through the street which ends up scaring all his customers away. however he is a good source of rumors and valuable information which is why our heroes often come to his place to get information out of the poor guy, much to his chagrin.

The harder-than-stone drill sergeant of Sector 51, Sigma is a brutal, no-nonsense tough guy in charge of combat training making sure that Sector 51's agents are in tip-top shape for fighting evil aliens. He and Delta have a rocky relationship (no pun intended) as he was Delta's personal trainer back in the day and went a little too hard toughening the kid up which is why Delta resents his former teacher, tho Delta does admit he's good at what he does because of Sigma's teachings. but in spite of Delta's protest, Alpha agrees to let Sigma training Lena believing that pushing her to the limit will help the young girl master her powers and reach their full potential. eventually, Delta and Sigma learn to understand each other after teaming up to apprehend an alien criminal from Sigma's past, the one who gave him the crack on his face: Hammerfist. his rigorous training of Lena does end up paying off, as it's what causes her to unlock the sword construct weapon (previously she could only make the fists).
