Our episode opens up in an asteroid prison orbiting the Karkarak system where we see the incarcerated one-armed Mokarran criminal Hammerfist rotting in prison, thinking about getting revenge on the one who brought him to justice all those years ago, only for one of the security robots to walk up to Hammerfist's cell and opens a hole in the barrier to give him his food: a plate of purple goo, Hammerfist looking at it in disgust before reaching his arm through the hole and grabbing the robot by the head and crushing it causing the robot to deactivate. Hammerfist then grabs the robot's arm and places it on the sensor letting himself free from his cell. Hammerfist then retrieves his armor and his cybernetic arm equipped with an electrically-charged hammer, using his hammer to bash the heads of several guards before stealing a ship to escape and blow up the prison, flying off into deep space, saying "after all these years of rotting away in that slarg-hole, time to pay the one responsible for my incarceration a visit. setting coordinates for Earth". we then cut to Earth where we see Alex riding his bike through the streets of Lincoln County, Nevada before looking up to see an alien spaceship fly over his head, Alex saying "another alien spacecraft! this'll be PERFECT for my blog!" before whipping out his phone ready to take a picture. the spaceship then lands followed by Hammerfist exiting his ship, scaring poor Alex causing him to drop his phone. Hammerfist crushes Alex's phone under his massive foot telling the human teenager "what are you looking at, Terran? my business is with Sigma, not you!" with Alex saying "who's sigma?" followed by Lena arriving on the scene pushing Alex out of the way with her telekinesis before he can get smashed by hammerfist's hammer, Lena shouting "Alex get out of here now!" Alex getting on his bike to escape. Lena then activates her energy fists as people start running away screaming from the dangerous alien, followed by Hammerfist saying "get out of my way, girl". Lena then tells him "not after you tried to hurt my friend you big bully!" followed by Lena trying to punch Hammerfist only for him to block her fist with his hammer causing Lena's energy fist construct to shatter, Lena shouting "WHAT? HOW? that never happens!" only for Hammerfist to hit Lena with his electrically-charged hammer electrocuting her and knocking her into the pavement before falling unconscious, Hammerfist saying "pathetic child, wasting my time". A squad of Sector 51 armored cars arrive on the scene to deploy platoons of Sector 51 soldiers who point their guns who Hammerfist who calls out to them, shouting "Sector 51! where is Sigma? he and I have a score to settle!" followed by Commander Epsilon telling him "Sorry, but your score will have to be settled later" before ordering his men to open fire on Hammerfist making him angrier, smashing one of the armored cars with his electrically-charged hammer causing it to explode, all the while Agent Delta carries the unconscious Lena to safety putting her in the back of one of the vehicles, Delta assuring Lena that everything's going to be okay. Delta then fires his twin laser pistols at Hammerfist the combined fire of all the sector 51 agents forcing him to get back in his ship and retreat, followed by Agent Delta memory-wiping all the onlooking civilians. after that, we cut to Lena waking up in her bed all bandaged-up. Delta sits next to Lena, telling her that he's glad to see that she's not dead. Lena asks Delta what happened, asking who that guy was saying that he was insanely strong, he managed to shatter her energy fists which has never happened before. Delta tells Lena "you're young, you still haven't fully mastered your alien powers yet. I trained you the best I can, but there's probably a bunch of different abilities just waiting to be unlocked". Lena then asks him "when will I unlock those abilities?" only for Delta to tell her "I don't know, no one knows". Delta exits Lena's room where he runs into commander Epsilon who tells Delta "That alien is after Sigma, which worries me especially after he nearly curb-stomped the starchild to death. if only we knew why" followed by Delta saying "Sigma never likes to talk about his past". Epsilon then suggests to Delta "I overheard your conversation with the starchild, about how she has yet to master her powers. I was thinking maybe we could let her train under Sigma, his rock-hard methods will be sure to toughen her up". Delta objects, saying "she's just a kid, Epsilon. you and I know first-hand that Sigma's training is incredibly rigorous, such harsh methods could lead to her cracking under the pressure and result in both severe physical and psychological damage". Epsilon retaliates by saying "It's called tough love Delta, quit coddling her. the sooner she learns about how harsh and unforgiving the real world can be, the better she'll turn out in the long run. besides both of us trained under Sigma, and we turned out fine" followed by Delta saying "I suppose so" in a tone of voice that shows his hidden animosity towards Sigma. Lena overhears their conversation telepathically and gulps. We then cut to the next day where we see Delta giving Lena a tour of Sector 51 HQ's training grounds, Lena saying she hasn't been here since she was little and training under Delta reminiscing on the good ol' days as she watches new recruits training to prove themselves to their superior officers that they are worthy of fighting on the front lines against dangerous aliens. Sigma then steps in, saying "Well well well, if it isn't Agent Delta... it's been a while" all the while Delta looks at Sigma with a scowl, saying "not enough" followed by Lena asking "so do you and the walking boulder have a history or what?". Sigma asks "So who's the kid, is she yours Delta?" Commander Epsilon then butts in to introduce Sigma to Lena Sullivan, explaining that she's a starchild who has yet to fully master her alien abilities as she needs a teacher to help her reach her full potential. Epsilon then introduces Lena to Sigma, saying that he was his and Delta's old instructor in charge of combat training, Lena looking up to Delta to ask him "THAT'S your old teacher? he's HUGE!" followed by Epsilon telling Lena "Quiet kid, show some respect for your elders. Sigma was a veteran sector 51 agent who has gone toe-to-toe with some of the toughest, most dangerous alien criminals and terrorists in the known universe, able to take even the strongest of hits with his rock-hard exterior". The 8-foot tall Mineralite kneels down to get a closer look at Lena who is terrified of Sigma, patting her little head with his large stone hand saying "cute kid. you remind me of Delta when he was your age, a bright young carbon-based lifeform just waiting to be molded into a strong and loyal soldier ready to protect this planet, like Commander Epsilon for example. now HE'S a true role model, unlike that disappointment Delta" followed by Delta clenching his fist while Lena looks at him concerned, Epsilon crossing his arms while smirking. Sigma then tells Lena "Alright kid, show me what you got. hit me!" Lena then activates her fist energy constructs, Sigma noticing the crystal on her forehead glowing. Sigma tells her "I knew that stone on your forehead looked familiar, you're part Annunaki. that's some powerful genes you got there, you'd better not disappoint me..." followed by Lena punching Sigma in the chest causing her fist construct to shatter. Sigma taunts Lena, asking her "Is that all you got? harder!" Lena then uses her other fist construct to punch Sigma a second time only for it to shatter as well. Sigma calls Lena "pathetic" before backhand-slapping Lena knocking her on her rear. Lena lies on the floor groaning, asking "why did you have to hit so hard?" Sigma then chews Lena out, telling her "Because I expected you to hit HARDER! you think your enemies are gonna hold back just because you're a little girl? As evident by the crack on the left side of my face, I don't think so! If we weren't sparring I wouldn't be holding back and you'd be a red stain on the floor. You may have Annunaki blood coursing through your veins, but your human half makes you weak" Epsilon then tells Sigma "Go easy on her, Sigma. she was trained by Agent Delta, after all". Delta then helps Lena back on her feet, with Sigma saying "Doesn't surprise me, Delta was always been a big softie underneath that cold exterior which made him weak. nothing like you, Epsilon. you were always my favorite student" Delta tells Lena to ignore him as the two exit the training room, Lena asking Delta why there's so much bad blood between him and Sigma. Delta then tells Lena "Our relationship has always been tense. Sigma was very, very hard on me during my time training under him, his methods always pushed me to my limits both physically and mentally. I was pushed, and pushed, and pushed until I broke, after that he saw me as a failure. I never wanted this for you, but Commander Epsilon talked me into it. you don't have to be Sigma's student if you don't want to" all the while Sigma overhears Delta's conversation with Lena and scowls. Lena then tells Delta "I need some time to contemplate" before leaving Sector 51 HQ, Hammerfist's ship hovering over Groom Lake, Hammerfist saying "I've finally got you in my sights, Sigma". We then cut to Alex sitting in his room before his mom calls him to tell him that Lena decided to come over. Lena says "Thanks for letting me in, Mrs. Quinn!" before entering Alex's room. Alex asks Lena why she looks so banged-up, And Lena tells him "Today I had a training day, with Delta's old teacher Sigma, Can't believe Epsilon talked Delta into making me train under that old rock-face, worst. teacher. EVER". Alex's eyes widen upon hearing that name, saying "wait, did you just say Sigma?" Lena turns her head to ask Alex "how do you know his name?" Alex then tells her "that hammerhead shark-like alien, the one with the hammer for a fist... he said he was after a guy named Sigma" Lena's eyes widen, putting two and two together in her head before storming off, Alex asking Lena where she's going. Lena then runs past Alex's parents, saying "Thanks Mr. and Mrs. Quinn, but I gotta go bye!" before slamming the door on them with the two looking at each other in confusion. We then cut back to Sector 51 HQ where we see Lena entering Sigma's room, Sigma asking Lena what he's doing here. Lena tells him "I came here to warn you, there's a crazy alien with a hammer for a hand who has it out for you" Sigma's eyes widen, shouting "Hammerfist? that can't be! I thought I put him behind bars a long time ago" Lena cocks her head, asking the Mineralite drill sergeant "You two got some kind of history or something?" Sigma tells her "Hammerfist was a criminal that I brought to justice years ago in the Karkarak system, he was the one who gave me the crack on the left side of my face. it appears he has escaped to settle the score with me". Lena then tells Sigma "That's why I came back, so that you can train me to beat that guy in case he comes back. also because you owe Delta an apology" all the while Agent Delta overhears their conversation. Sigma then tells Lena "this isn't kid stuff, Hammerfist is ruthless he'll kill you if it means getting to me" Lena then tells Sigma "He's gonna kill me anyway even if you don't train me". Delta steps in, telling Lena "you can't be crazy. last time you trained under Sigma you were badly hurt, I won't let you go through the same traumatic experience I went through" only for Lena to tell Delta "you don't understand Delta, if I'm gonna have a chance against hammerfist this is a risk I'm going to take". Sigma laughs, telling Lena "I like your spirit kid, y'know Delta you could learn a thing or two from her" Sigma and Delta look at each other in the eyes, Delta telling Sigma "I'll let you train her a second time, but she'd better have all her limbs intact once you're done" followed by Sigma telling him "You underestimate the kid, Delta. she's like a rock, she stands her ground and won't budge". we then cut to a training montage of Lena being put through a series rough trials by Sigma pushing each of her different powers to their limits. Lena is close to cracking under the pressure, but remembers Delta's words to her and refuses to give up. Lena's final test is the same one she had last time, to hit Sigma with everything she's got. Lena closes her eyes and clenches her fist before raising it into the air, causing her to unlock a new energy construct: the sword. Lena opens in eyes to look at her new weapon, amazed that she unlocked a new power exclaiming "WOAH! didn't know I could do that!" followed by Sigma putting his hand on her shoulder telling Lena "Congratulations kid, you're one step closer to reaching your full potential, that Annunaki half of yours is powerful, and my rock-hard training paid off in the end. I'm proud of you, kid" all the while a proud Delta watches, Delta saying "gotta admit, you had me worried for a moment. I guess I was wrong about you all these years, Sigma" followed by Lena deactivating her sword to run up and hug Delta. After that, we cut to Hammerfist's ship landing in Groom Lake before blasting a hole in Sector 51 HQ. Commander Epsilon and the troops arrive on the scene to aim their guns only for the dust to clear revealing none other than Hammerfist standing before the soldiers. Hammerfist scowls, telling the soldiers "Out of my way, puny terrans! I came here for Sigma, not you". Commander Epsilon tells Hammerfist "you're gonna have to go through us first, cretin!" followed by Hammerfist slamming his electrically-charged hammer onto the ground causing a massive shockwave that knocks all the soldiers off their feet. Sigma and Delta both arrive on the scene while Lena hides, Hammerfist cracking his head saying "so you finally decide to show yourself, Sigma. it's been a while. now is the time for us to settle this score once and for all!" followed by Sigma saying "I haven't forgotten our last encounter, Hammerfist! the day you cracked the left side of my face!" followed by Sigma punching Hammerfist in the face, Sigma saying "when I put you behind bars, I thought that was enough to stop you. but I thought wrong, this ends here and now!" before Hammerfist swings his hammer arm at Sigma who catches the hammer with his bare hand. Hammerfist taunts Sigma, telling him "you haven't changed a bit Sigma, still naive as ever. I will never stop until you pay for making me rot in that cell, when I reduce you to a pile of rubble!" Sigma tells Hammerfist "There's one thing you can't break Hammerfist, and that's my rock-hard determination. now Delta!" followed by Delta sliding underneath Hammerfist and blasting him with his twin laser pistols to protect Sigma, Delta telling Sigma to protect Epsilon and the others and get them to safety. Hammerfist then pins Delta under his foot and raises his hammer-hand into the air, exclaiming "foolish Terran! my fight is with Sigma, not you!" Lena sees Delta in danger and rushes in, shouting "LEAVE HIM ALONE!" followed by Lena activating her sword construct to slice Hammerfist's cybernetic arm off saving Delta's life followed by Sigma punching Hammerfist in the stomach knocking him down for the count. Delta thanks Lena for saving him, followed by Lena telling Delta "Don't thank me, thank Sigma. if it wasn't for his training I wouldn't have been able to use the sword and you'd be dead right now". After that, we cut to Hammerfist being thrown into a cell within Sector 51's alien prison while Sigma and Delta watch, Epsilon assuring the two of them that ol' Hammerfist is going away for a long time. Sigma asks Delta where the starchild went, and Delta tells him that she went to visit a friend. After that, we cut to Alex's house where we see Lena telling her story about how she beat Hammerfist, Alex enthralled by Lena's story. Our episode ends with Lena showing off her new sword construct to Alex much to his surprise and excitement.
