We open up on a shot of outer space with an exposition from Alpha explaining how the universe is a vast, endless void filled with trillions stars and planets and how we humans may think we are at the center of the universe, but we are not alone: Aliens secretly live among us. we then see a triangle-shaped spaceship known as the Nibiru drift through space before arriving at Earth to abduct a young woman named Maria Sullivan, as she gets sucked out of her house by the ship's tractor beam her scream for help is cut off as we fade to white. we then cut to 15 years later where we see a large green slime alien named Blobulus wreaking havoc in the streets of Las Vegas with people running and screaming before we see a squad of armored assault vans with the Sector 51 logo arrive on the scene, with the continued narration from Alpha saying "in the not-too distant future mankind has made first contact with extraterrestrial life, now Earth has become a haven for aliens of all shapes and sizes, but not all of them come in peace. to combat these alien criminals, the united alliance of planets have established a peacekeeping organization to protect Earth and its people from extraterrestrial violence: Sector 51. the armored vehicles open fire on Blobulus tearing his gelatinous body to pieces. however the pieces reform around the eye followed by Blobulus grabbing one of the armored vehicles and lifting it in the air. soldiers in futuristic armor with the Sector 51 logo branded on their armor hop out of the vehicles to open fire on the slimy alien, only for Blobulus to toss the armored truck at the soldiers causing a massive explosion that kills a good portion of the Sector 51 soldiers. Epsilon, commander of Sector 51's ground troops orders his men to fall back, contacting Alpha to inform him that they're being severely overpowered by the creature. Alpha orders Commander Epsilon and his men to stay calm and hold the until their "secret weapon" arrives, as she and Agent Delta are en route to the scene of the attack and will take over from here. we then see Agent Delta watching the explosion from aboard one of the Sector 51 dropships, Delta telling our heroine Lena Sullivan "Lena, you're up". Lena then gets up out of her seat and stretches, saying "Finally, it's been a while since I've seen some decent action. spending so many of those days being cooped up in the base has been making me stir-crazy". Agent Delta then tells Lena "Just promise me you'll be safe, okay?". Lena looks at Delta and tells him "don't worry teach, you've been training me to fight aliens since before I could spell. nothing my psychokinetic powers can't handle". Lena then grabs a hoverboard off the rack and hops on it to skydive into the city down below, doing insane tricks in mid-air much to the dismay of Agent Delta who facepalms and says "one of these days that girl's gonna get herself killed". Blobulus then looks up to see Lena diving towards him and extends a bunch of gelatinous tentacles at Lena only for her to dodge the gooey appendages using a mix of her teleportation ability and her mad hoverboarding skills. Lena then leaps off her hoverboard and conjures up a pair of big fists made from Psychic energy that form around her hands, shouting "Hey alien creep, how about you quit eating people and cars and have a Knuckle sandwich instead!" punching Blobulus in the face, however Blobulus ends up swallowing a now-unconscious Lena whole. Delta then shouts "NO!" and dives out of the dropship after Lena, taking out the beast's tendrils with his dual laser pistols. however Blobulus is able to regenerate and picks up Delta in his massive gelatinous arm. Delta struggles to get free and shouts "Lena! don't you dare die on me!" Lena senses that Delta is in danger causing her eyes to open, both her eyes and forehead crystal glowing iridescent blue followed by her using her telekinesis to blow up Blobulus from the inside causing the pieces to be scattered everywhere, some getting on Delta's suit much to his disgust with Delta wiping off the slime before looking at an embarrassed Lena who looks at Delta with puppy dog eyes saying "oops". several people stare at the Sector 51 agents all the while the pieces of Blobulus slink down through a storm drain escaping into the sewers below. Agent Delta tells the people "alright folks nothing to see here" before whipping out a memory-wipe device to erase people's memories of the attack. after that, we cut to our heroes returning to Sector 51 HQ located in Groom Lake AKA Area 51, the armored assault vehicles passing by a sign that reads "Extraterrestrial highway: come see them aliens!" we see Lena sitting in the back of one of the assault vehicle next to Delta, Lena telling him "I had that whole situation under control" only for Delta to reprimand Lena for her recklessness telling her "Hush, Lena. I don't wanna hear another word out of your mouth until we get back to the compound" before we cut to the sewers below Lincoln County, Nevada where we see a sewer worker come across the pieces of Blobulus who form back together followed by Blobulus swallowing the poor man and dissolving him inside, Blobulus spitting out his skeleton before slinking off. we then cut back to Area 51 where we see Lena and Agent Delta being escorted through the by Commander Epsilon and a squad of armored guards, Epsilon taunting Lena by telling her "you're in big trouble, young lady. now you're gonna have to answer to Alpha. I have no idea what he saw in a dirty half-breed like you". Lena clenches her fist in anger, only for Delta to grab her hand and tell her "easy Lena". Delta then opens the door to Lena's room, Lena saying "You can't be serious". Delta then tells her "I am, now go to your room while the adults speak". Lena then tells Delta "I Hate you" and slams the door on him before sitting on her bed, followed by Delta telling her "And don't think about using your teleportation to sneak out again!" followed by Lena putting on her headphones and listening to some tunes to drown him out. as Delta and Epsilon walk away and board the elevator. Epsilon shakes his head, saying "honestly Delta, I have no idea how you put up with this kid. she's rash, impulsive and prone to making bone-headed decisions like the one that nearly cost you your life back in Las Vegas. if I didn't know better, I'd say you've gone soft". Delta then tells him "I raised Lena from infancy, she's like a daughter to me. if something bad happened to her, I wouldn't be able to forgive myself". once the two reach the lower floor, they walk past the vehicle hangar where we see the little green men (or LGMs for short) working on their flying saucer while waving at the two agents. they then enter Alpha's chamber, a small room with a large computer screen attached to a robotic arm hanging from the ceiling, said computer screen displaying an "A" symbol in front of a white background. Alpha asks the two agents if they have succeeded in capturing the dangerous alien fugitive, and Commander Epsilon informs Alpha that he saw the remaining chunks of the creature slip away into the sewers while Agent Delta was too busy cleaning off that fancy suit of his. Delta crosses his arms and tells him that Lena got cocky thinking she could take the rogue Plasmodian out on her own and nearly got eaten because of it, which is why he had to intervene and save her life which is why she's grounded. Epsilon tells Delta that she deserves a much worse punishment for her reckless behavior than just being sent to her room. Alpha reprimands Delta for not keeping the starchild under a tighter leash, telling him "from the moment she was born you promised me that the starchild would be our greatest asset in the never-ending war against alien crime, and you can't seem to keep one rambunctious kid under control endangering the lives of our men and the secrecy of our organization! it's a good thing we share the same memory-wipe technology used by Animal X and SPIRIT, otherwise our cover would be blown! Even worse the fugitive is still at large, as the only way to stop a Plasmodian from regenerating is to damage the eye, otherwise it'll keep coming back to cause more trouble". we then cut back to Lena meditating in her room where she is able to eavesdrop on Alpha and Delta's conversation learning of Blobulus's weakness giving her an idea, teleporting out of her room. we then cut back to Delta who pleads to Alpha for forgiveness, telling him "Alpha please understand, she's just a kid. she's lived a sheltered life, raised in a top-secret government compound all her life not allowed outside other than on missions. I believe being deprived of a normal childhood has taken its toll on her psyche, just let me talk to her and maybe I can calm her down". Alpha then tells him "I hope you're right, If she ends up like the last orphaned starchild you took in, then It'll all be over for you. now if you excuse me, I have a meeting with the council of planets. over and out" followed by the computer-arm retracting back into the ceiling. we then cut to Lena teleporting into the vehicle hangar which spooks the LGMs. Lena tells the small green aliens to shush to avoid drawing attention, saying that she needs to borrow their flying saucer so that she can go after an escaped Alien fugitive and capture him to prove to Agent Delta and the rest of Sector 51 that she can take care of herself so that hopefully they can stop treating her like a little kid. the LGMs all look at each other in confusion, one LGM asking Lena in their native language why she doesn't just take one of the Sector 51 airships, and Lena tells them that the airships would draw too much attention before the LGMs agree to let Lena aboard. Lena tells them "Thanks!" and boards the UFO, asking just how the heck you're supposed to fly this thing, pressing random buttons causing the UFO to suddenly take off and fly out of the hangar at the speed of light. we then cut to Delta entering Lena's room to talk to her only to find out that she's gone. Delta contacts Commander Epsilon, informing him that Lena has escaped. Epsilon understands and orders all of his men to search the premises. we then cut to a red-headed teenager camping out in the Nevada desert sitting atop a rock formation where he sees the UFO streak across the sky with his binoculars noticing the UFO spin out of control and crash-land into the desert below. the kid then leaps off the Rock formation and decides to go investigate, seeing it as undeniable proof of the existence of Extraterrestrial life. he then approaches the UFO only to see Lena emerge from the crashed spacecraft, saying "I did NOT mean to do that..." only for her to turn her head to see the red-headed teenager staring at her which freaks out Lena in turn freaking out the poor kid as well. he then looks at her in confusion, just wondering what the heck a human girl was doing inside an alien spaceship. Lena tells him that she borrowed it from the Little Green Men to chase after an escaped Alien convict, introducing herself as Lena, Lena Sullivan. the red-headed teenager shakes her hand and introduces himself as Alex, Alex Quinn. Lena asks what the heck a human is doing all the way out here, and Alex tells her that he's out here UFO hunting so that he can find evidence to prove to the world that Aliens are secretly among us, saying that his parents are skeptics who don't believe in that kind of stuff and he wants to prove them wrong. Lena rolls her eyes and tells him "oh you have NO idea". Alex asks her "Are you an alien? because that would explain the funky glowing crystal on your forehead", and Lena tells him "actually I'm HALF alien. you see, I'm what's known as a Starchild, it's a term for human/alien hybrids such as myself. you see, my mother was human and my father was an alien and that's why I was born with these weird powers" showing off one of her energy fist constructs to Alex who says "woah, mind BLOWN". Lena then tells Alex "to tell you the truth, I'm not supposed to be out here. can you give me a place to stay and hide out?" Alex then tells her "sure, you can crash at my folk's place. but first we need to cover that forehead crystal of yours, don't want them to know I'm secretly harboring an extra-terrestrial!" and ties a headband around her forehead to hide her crystal with. he then tells her to hop on his bike and she can tell him the rest of her story on the ride home and the two ride off. we then cut back to Sector 51 HQ where we see a soldier report to Commander Epsilon that he and his men have searched the entire base and there's no sign of the girl. Epsilon clenches his fist before we cut to Agent Delta entering the vehicle hangar to find out that the flying saucer is missing. he then asks one of the LGMs where the UFO went, and the LGM tells him that Lena took it. Delta contacts Epsilon, informing him that he discovered where Lena went: it appears she took off with the LGM's flying saucer. after that, we cut to Lena and Alex riding into Alex's home neighborhood in Lincoln County, Nevada with Alex telling her "wow, I can't believe you're part of a secret society of alien hunters who have been keeping tabs on Alien activity on Earth all these years". Lena then tells him "Yeah, for all my life they've been keeping me locked up in their headquarters in Groom Lake and only letting me out when they need me to bash some alien heads". he then looks at her and says "Groom Lake? don't you mean... Area 51?" Lena looks at him and asks "is that what they call it? I've always known it as HQ, otherwise known as boredom central, I'm talking no fresh air, no sunlight, Agents watching my every move, not to mention it gets pretty lonely in my room. they don't view me as a human being, to them I'm just a weapon". Alex begins to feel sorry for her, asking Lena "that sounds pretty sad. I guess you don't have any friends in Area 51". Lena tells him "No, not really". Alex asks Lena "got any family?", and Lena tells him "I never knew my parents. My mother abandoned me when I was a baby, and not even Sector 51 knows who my father is. Agent Delta was the one who raised me, he's kinda like my adoptive father and the only person in the facility who's actually nice to me, but even then he can be very strict and overbearing sometimes". Alex then tells her "Then allow me to be your first-ever friend" all the while the two are being watched by Blobulus who watches from a nearby storm drain. the two then arrive at the Quinn household where Alex tells his parents "Mom, Dad, I'm home! And I brought home a new friend!" followed by Alex introducing Lena to his parents Jack and Emily Quinn. the two of them take a liking towards Lena, Emily commenting how she's a cute little thing followed by Jack telling Alex "son if you're looking for dating advice, you can just ask your old man". Alex tells his dad that it's nothing like that and they're just friends. the two then enter Alex's room, Alex telling her that she can sleep in his bed if she likes. Lena then develops a fascination with Alex's game system, asking what the heck this is. Alex is surprised by Lena's response "you didn't have a game system in area 51?" Lena then asks him "no. is it anything like the training simulations?" Alex tells her "kinda" and shows her how to play. the two then start bonding over game time with Alex beating Lena easily, Lena asking "wait, did I win?" followed by Alex saying "not really, I easily got the highest score due to me being the pro here". Lena then lays back and tells him "doesn't matter, I'm just glad to finally have a friend" followed by Lena hugging Alex and telling him "your place is so much better than HQ anyway". Alex then tells her "I can't imagine how lonely it must feel being raised in a secret government facility. you deserve to live a normal life". we then cut to a squad of Sector 51 armored cars discovering the crash site of the missing UFO in the Nevada desert. both Agent Delta and Commander Epsilon step out of the lead vehicle with Epsilon telling Delta that the kid couldn't have gone far from here. Delta tells him "I hope you're right, or else Alpha is going to have both our heads". A couple tourists spot the crashed UFO being hauled away by Sector 51 vehicles, only for Agent Delta to memory-wipe the two tourists. After that, we then cut back to Lena and Alex who arrive at the carnival, Lena asking Alex what they're doing here. Alex tells her that they're here to have fun, saying that she needs to live like a normal kid. we then get a montage of the two teens having fun together, including the two playing carnival games together with Alex winning a stuffed panda for Lena who thinks it's adorable, them eating cotton candy together, the two of them riding the rollercoaster together making poor Alex puke, and finally the two of them taking a romantic ride on the ferris wheel with Lena falling asleep in Alex's lap making him blush. we then cut to the two walking home with Lena telling Alex that she had so much fun and she never wants to go back to Sector 51 again and instead stay with Alex and his family. however suddenly Blobulus erupts out of a manhole to confront Lena and Alex with Alex asking Lena what the heck that thing is, saying that it looks like a monster made from living snot. Lena tells him "not a monster, an Alien. that's the fugitive I said that I snuck out to chase after!" Blobulus then roars at Lena and Alex, the two hopping on Alex's bike to escape the dangerous alien who gives chase. Blobulus then grabs Alex's bike and swallows it whole the bike dissolving in the Plasmodian's stomach leaving the two teenagers lying on the ground with no chance of escape. Blobulus then picks up Alex with his big gooey arm only for Lena to activate her energy fist constructs to punch Blobulus in the eye causing him to drop Alex who is caught by Lena's telekinesis. Lena tells Alex that the eye is the creature's weakness, if they damage the eye it'll stop his body from regenerating. Lena then teleports all around Blobulus punching him from all sides with her fists blowing off chunks of the gelatinous beast piece by piece followed by Lena telling Alex to aim for the eye. only the beast's eye is left, and just when the chunks are beginning to slowly come back together Alex then picks up a shovel and whacks the floating eye with the shovel preventing Blobulus from regenerating. while the eye is on the ground writhing in pain Lena puts the disembodied eyeball in a jar to contain the beast. Alex tells Lena "hey, we make a pretty good team" and holds out his fist. Lena asks Alex what he's doing. Alex tells her "It's called a fist-bump, it's a symbol of giving respect or approval to your best friend. let me show you how to do it" and shows her how to do the fist-bump. however Lena hears a voice saying "Good job kid, but we'll be taking over from here" followed by Commander Epsilon and a squad of Sector 51 soldiers showing up to take the Jar containing Blobulus's eye away to put it in the back of the vehicle. Lena then activates one of her fist constructs, telling Commander Epsilon what him and his cronies to back off followed by the soldiers aiming their futuristic guns at Lena and Alex, with Commander Epsilon telling Lena "you and your new friend are coming with us, kid" all the while Alex's parents step outside to see what all the commotion's about, Mrs. Quinn asking the Sector 51 agents "Who are you and what do you want with my baby!" followed by her husband saying "I think it's Alex's new friend they want, honey". Delta then arrives on the scene telling the couple "none of this concerns you" before memory-wiping the two causing them to pass out on the porch, Alex shouting "Mom! Dad!" Delta then turns his head to Lena and tells her "You are in BIG trouble young lady! the stunt you pulled was VERY dangerous, sneaking out of HQ with a stolen spacecraft under our noses on top of putting the lives of these civilians in danger!" followed by both Lena and Alex being handcuffed (Lena being put in specialized inhibitor cuffs that stop her from using her powers) and being taken away in the back of the the Sector 51 van ending our episode on a cliffhanger.
