XXVIII. CREATURES OF THE NIGHT

The night of the full moon had finally began. As soon as the sun rose, Madison and Liam had started watching The Notebook, but they were soon interrupted by Isaac and Stiles, who grabbed the pair and placed them in the back of Stiles' Jeep. They drove to Scott's house afterwards, and the group then drove into the forest.

When they arrived, Madison expected something fun, but instead she watched as they tied Liam up to a tree. It was quite a funny sight, and Madison was giggling into Isaac's chest as Liam grumbled.

She went to check on him from time to time, but Isaac had her gripped in his arms tightly, slightly afraid that Liam would loose control again this full moon, like he did last time. Madison wanted to tell him he was being irrational, but if she did she would have to tell him why he ended up running through the streets of Beacon Hills naked, and that would've made for an extremely awkward conversation.

Madison shifted under Isaac's grip, attempting to get comfortable. After a couple minutes of fumbling, Madison put her head on Isaac's lap as she looked between the soon-to-be seniors.

The three had been discussing a private matter all day. Madison could tell it wasn't bad, watching them secretly giggling whenever she seemed to have her head turned.

Madison looked between the boys beside her, noticing Stiles intently concentrating as he wrote on a sheet of paper.

"Alright, so I found some cool two bedrooms in the Mission District, but they're pretty expensive. A couple in Haight and Ashbury, also expensive." He spoke. Madison titled her head, sighing slightly. The seniors had been taking about life after school more and more lately, and Madison couldn't help but feel they were so desperate to leave her.

"What about Berkeley? Don't a lot of students live around there?" The alpha questioned, biting down the his bottom lip.

"Yeah! Yeah, we could try Nob Hill, but the jeep would probably burn through a lot of clutches."

"You're bringing the jeep?" Isaac asked, raising as eyebrow as he ran his eyes over the non-supernatural.

"You know the plan, okay. No one, no one gets left behind. That's the plan. Lydia's not going to have a problem getting into Stanford, Kira's thinking USF. Isaac's too much on an idiot to go to college—but it's okay, we'll still bring him." Stiles teased, Isaac narrowing his eyes and Madison and Scott chuckled.

"What about Malia?" Madison asked.

"Malia? Uh...she's gonna, you know, she'll figure something out. Okay?"
