I woke up to the light strumming if a guitar which was accompanied by an angelic singing voice. Opening my eyes I could see that the sound was coming from Shawn, he must have been working on a new song because I didn't recognise the tune or lyrics he was singing.
'Morning early bird, is that a new song?' I yawned win I hilst walking over to where he was sitting.
'Hey, yeah it is, I don't have a name yet though. Did I wake you up?' Shawn asked. He moved along the couch (to give me some space so I could sit best to him), carefully trying not to wake up Hayes who was curled up in a ball with all the covers on him at the other side.
'Lets hear what you have so far.' I encouraged.
'Ok. But I have just started so it may not be that good and I have just written the chorus.' Shawn replied. 'Here goes.' He muttered under his breath.
'You are unbelievable
Making me feel like that
I felt guilty but what for
You were just putting the blame on me
I was just covering your tracks.' Shawn sang, I was flabbergasted. It was amazing.
'Wow! That is just... Wow. Did you just come up with that?' I asked.
'Yeah, don't ask me where I got my inspiration though cos If I told you I'd have to kill you.' Shawn joked.
'Oh, ok.' I answered.
'Only joking, I don't actually know where I got the idea from if I'm honest.' Shawn added.
'Haha.' I laughed. Shawn looked at me and smiled.
'Aaaww you are so cute! You are like my little sister, even though you are only a few months younger than me I still feel like I have to protect you. It's not only Matt who loves you by the way, we all do.' Shawn said. I smiled and gave him a big hug.
'Hey guys.' Matt said. I pulled away from Shawn and walked over to Matt.
'Hey babe, how did you sleep.' I asked whilst waking over to sit on his lap.
'I slept great.' He replied, then he leaned in to kiss me.
'Ugh, get a room guys.' Hayes said as he opened his eyes.
'You have just woken up yet you are already complaining. You are just jealous.' Matt said, rolling his eyes and grinning.
'LET ME SLEEEPPP!' Caitlyn whined as she slowly pulled her head out f the covers.
'Aaahhh look, everyone is awake.' I said. 'Lets get ready to go see Cameron.' I continued.
'Oh yeah, dudes we need to ask Cameron if he wants to go out with us in 2 weeks if he gets better in time.' Shawn said.
'What are you guys talking about!' Questioned Caitlyn.
'Yeah. Louise Smith, a girl in the eleventh grade, is having a birthday party at her house on January fifteenth and we were wondering if you guys, as well as Cameron, wanted to come.' Shawn answered.
'We would love!' I squealed.
'Oh no, we can't, we promised both yours and my parents that we would go camping with them that weekend.' Caitlyn added.
'Oh yeah.' I said miserably.
'Come on guys we need to go see Cam!' Matt chipped in. We all agreed and got changed, then we set off to go see Cameron.
