"You don't have to take me home you know." I said to Matt.
"Yes I do, I need to be the best boyfriend ever to make up for being an ass." He replied.
"He's not wrong." I thought to myself which made me laugh. Once we reached my house we reached my house we both stopped and faces each other.
"I missed you so much babe." He said. "I can't believe how stupid I was, I love you so much."
"I love you more, but... Never mind." I said.
"But what? Tell me." Matt insisted.
"But promise me you'll never cheat on me again." I whispered, looking down to the floor.
"Hey," he said lifting my head up to face him. "I promise." Then, without missing a beat, he kissed me.
"I love you so much!" I said once we pulled apart. Then I spun around and went into my house, the door was open which was good cos I left my keys in my room. Once I walked into the house it was awfully quiet, as if, something had happened, something bad.
"Mum?!" I yelled. "Dad?!" But there was no answer. I checked my phone to see if I had any texts, there was one unread message.
"Hey sweetie, your dad and I have just gone to see your grandma, then we are going to a fancy place for dinner, we won't be back till late, love you lots, don't stay up to long.-Mum xxx." The message read. I feeling of relief escaped me. I made my way up the stairs so I could put my pyjamas on. After about 10 minutes I got bored so texted Matt and asked if he wanted to come round.
Me: Netflix and Chill?
Matt: Yas! We can also watch YouTube and cuddle.
Me: sounds perfect.
Matt: Just like you.
Me: your so cheesy.
Matt: Haha yeah but you love it.
Me: true😘
Matt: be round in 10 😘
Then I put my phone down and walked back downstairs. I reached the living room and them froze, there was someone siting on my couch.
"Can't be Matt, I just this minute texted him." I thought to myself. Then, without missing a beat. The person turned around.
"Hey babe." Said the person.
"Hayes! Oh my god you scared me to death." I laughed. "What are you doing here?" I asked.
"What? You didn't think you could break up with me and that would be the end of it." He said with an evil smirk on his face. Hayes stood up and walked towards me. Our faces were only inches apart.
"Hayes, what are you doing." I asked.
"Don't pretend with me, I know you love me." He said, coming closer so I could feel his breath on my face. I stepped back but he kept moving forward, so much so that I was cornered against a wall.
"Hayes I'm with Matt, stop being stupid and leave me alone." I said.
"Stop playing games with me Baby, I know you want me." He grinned.
"Ugh you must be joking." I spat.
"As if babe, don't lie to yourself, it's true and you know it, I spent all my time trying to be the sweet, innocent boy-next-door but look where that got me, no where, I lost you." He said.
"Hayes, you never really had me." I said. I had to admit, I did feel a little bad then. Hayes looked like he was about to cry but then he pulled himself together.
"So, I changed my image, became this." And at that moment I realised what he meant, Hayes had changed, he dyed his hair black, he had a black leather jacket on, jeans, black tank top. He didn't look like the Hayes i used to know. Then I spoofed a black eye.
"Hayes what happened to your eye?!" I asked worriedly.
"Some kid did it, I hit on his girlfriend and he hits me." He laughed.
"What is wrong with you?" I ask.
"Hayes are you drunk?"
"Haha, please, if I was drunk would I be able to do this. Then, he came towards me and kissed me.
"Hayes get the hell off me!" I yelled. I pushed him away, he stumbled a little before catching his balance.
"Your gonna regret that." He whispered, his smirk spreading across his face.
"Make. Me." I said slowly. Then, out of no where he punched my face.
"How dare you." I yelled, I tried to push him again but he didn't budge.
"Don't fight it princess." He whispered in my ear.
"What has gotten into you?" I yelled.
"You, your all I ever think about, if I can't have you then neither can Matt." At that moment Matt came into my house.
"What the hell?!" He yelled. "Hayes get off her!"
"If you say so." Then, Hayes pushed me into a corner, I tried to catch my balance but It was too late. My head hit the corner of a wall and everything went black.
