I woke up at 10:00 am which meant I had 3 hours to get ready. Excitedly, I jumped out of bed and got into the shower. After around half an hour of showering I dried myself, put on my glasses and opened my closet. It was a nice day outside so I decided to out on a pair of my jean shorts and an off-the-shoulder light blue too (to match my glasses). Then I curled the tips of my hair and put my hair in a high ponytail. It was about half pas...t 11 then so I decided to brush my teeth then apply a little bit of mascara on. With about 2 hours to spare I decided to go down stairs and watch some T.V. My dad had gone to work and my mum ha just woken up so she made herself a cup of tea and came to watch T.V with me.
'Awww my little girls first date!' She exclaimed.
'Mum!' I whined,
'It's not a date! I'm just going to the park with some boys, no biggie.' I tried to explain but my mum wasn't listening.
'You're growing up so fast.' And as soon as she finished that sentence there was a mock on the door. Nervously, I ran to the door however my mum arrived the first.
'Hi, I'm Mollie's mum, mrs Green but you can call me Amelia.' My mum said to the boys.
'Hi, I'm Matt, this is Hayes and Shawn.' replied Matt politely.
'Hey guys.' I said trying not to sound too nervous. Quickly, I said goodbye to my mum then walked out of the house.
'Call me when you're ready to come home,' my mum called after me.
