I didn't sleep at all last night.
I heard Dylan leave with a taxi or Uber or something.
There was a knock on the door, but I didn't bother open it. I just laid in bed with my back towards the door.
Everybody was already awake and having breakfast. Normally, Dylan would make all of us breakfast and then bring up some breakfast to me, so we could eat breakfast together and cuddle until it's time to actually get up.
"Angel?" I heard dad's voice from the other side of the door. I heard the creaking of the door as dad walked in.
"Angel" he whispered walking towards me. His eyebrows furrowed as he saw me with my eyes open.
"I thought Dylan was with you? What're you doing, still laying here?" He asked confused, kneeling down in front of me.
"He left" I told him bluntly, making his eyebrows furrow more.
"What do you mean, he left?" He asked. "I broke up with him, I told him to leave" I sighed, closing my eyes, praying dad will just leave me alone.
"You guys broke up?!" Dad exclaimed. "What happened?" Dad asked me.
"I don't want to talk about it, dad, just leave me alone, please" I sighed, turning my back towards him.
"Okay, kiddo. We don't have to talk about" dad sighed and rubbed my back. "We're going Christmas tree shopping, you wanna come with?" He asked me.
"I'm really not in the mood, dad" I mumbled. "Come on, a little fresh air and it'll get your mind of things" he suggested.
"Fine" I groaned. It was gonna be a long fuckin day.
We were now all Christmas tree shopping. Mom looked at me concerned every five minutes, thinking I'm going to make some dumb decision.
I stayed with Dylan as the rest was jumping on trampolines or looking at Christmas trees.
"Hey, Dylan, look, Casey's here" I heard Adrianna yell at him. I looked down at Dylan and saw an uneasy expression on his face.
"You want to come french her?" She asked him, Casey clearly a little uncomfortable herself. "Yeah, you want to go French on your girlfriend, Dylan?" Megan teased him.
"Megan!" I looked at her shocked. Normally, I would laugh, but lately she's copying everything Adrianna does and says.
"Leave him alone" I told her as Dylan ran away. I ran after Dylan with Brad walking behind me, as we saw Dylan standing there with his eyes glued to the ground.
"Dylan? You okay buddy?" I asked him, knelling beside him as he refused to meet my eyes.
"I just.. I don't get the whole girls thing" Dylan mumbled.
