Hunter Clarington was on his way back to Ohio after leaving two years ago for Military school. To say he hated it there was an understatement, he did everything he could to get out of there. He was away from the girl he loved since before he knew what love was, and away from his two favourite cousins Rachel and Marley Berry.
After his actions with drugs, and everything else, his father the colonel and his mother Rebecca were disappointed in him and gave him the why can't you be more like your cousins speeches each time he stuffed up. He hated them with a passion, because he was his own person. Hunter missed Ohio like crazy but he knew everything has changed since he was last there. He knew he was only going back because of his Uncle Hiram, and was only going to a boarding school because of him as well.
The plane landed in Ohio, and he was met by his uncles and his cousins. He hugged them, and his uncle Hiram said
"We are taking you to Dalton straight away, as you need to find your dorm and your way around the school." Hunter nodded his head in understanding as he followed them out of the airport, and to their car where they drove the long distance to his school Dalton Academy. Once they reached there, Hunter got out the car, picked up his suitcase from the boot, and follow his uncles and cousins into the building.
When they walked in, his cousin Marley made her way to a boy that looked the same age as her, where his cousin Rachel made her way over to a boy that looked like the younger boy talking to Marley. He saw the way his cousins fawned over the two boys. His uncles left as soon as he got his dorm room number, time table and uniform. He walked out of the office, and tried to find his dorm. He went all over the place and got lost until he found two boys that could help him. He walked over to them and said
"Hi, I'm Hunter." He held his hand out, and the two boys shook it and the blonde said
"I'm Jeff Sterling, and this adorable boy next to me, is my best friend Nick Duvall, we are better known as Niff, as we are always together, wherever nick is, I am and vice versa, we share a dorm, we also have a talent in talking at the same time which freaks Sebastian and Skylar out its really funny and we can also talk really fast too that makes people look at us confused." Hunter looked at the smaller boy and noticed the faint blush on him, which made him confused as to why the two boys weren't together since it was plain as day that they had feelings for one another and he then said
"I'm new here, and I have no idea where I'm going, I need to find my dorm." Hunter looked at the two, and the blonde Jeff said
"What's your dorm number, and we can direct you to it." Hunter smiled and felt relief wash over him that he wasn't lost any more. Hunter looked at the dorm number and said
"546." As Hunter said that, the shorter boy Nick looked at the blonde and said
"Did you hear that Jeffy, Sebastian has a new roommate." Hunter looked at them both, and Jeff then said
"Sure did Nicky, but let's show Hunter where his new dorm is." Hunter followed the two weird boys around the dorms, until they came to a stop, they looked at Hunter and said at the same time
"This is your new dorm." They then left, and Hunter clearly wasn't used to them yet, as he just used his key to unlock the door, as he did he came face to face with his cousin in tears and the boy he saw earlier.
"Rachel, what's wrong?" As Hunter said that, his cousin looked at him and said
"It's Quinn, she's been bullying me Hunter." Hunter's heart broke into pieces when he heard that the girl he loved and lost his virginity to, has hurt his cousin. Before hunter could say anymore, his cousin stood up and hugged the boy, and then left. As she left, Hunter looked at the boy and said
"Hunter Clarington, junior" Hunter held his hand out as the other boy shook it and said
"Sebastian Smythe, senior" As he introduced himself, Hunter noticed the faint French accent, and he then said
"How do you know Rachel?" As he said that, Sebastian looked at him and said
"Rival glee clubs, im also secretly in love with her and her younger sister is dating my younger brother, it's adorable, but how do you know Rachel?" Hunter smiled at the taller boy and said
"She's my older cousin, and her sister Marley is my younger cousin." As Hunter said that, he started unpacking his suitcase neatly and he said
"When you said rival glee clubs, did you mean Dalton has a glee club?" As soon as Hunter asked his question, Sebastian said
"Yeah dalton does, it's called the warblers, they have came equal fist with the new directions since last year hence the ring I'm wearing and I'm also captain, and I'm the same captain that took the warblers to nationals, and the lacrosse team to two state championships as well, and I'm also prefect as well." Hunter was impressed, and he said
"How long have you been here for?" Hunter placed his suitcase neatly underneath his bed, as Sebastian said
"A year, my brother Skylar and I used to live Paris, we went to boarding school there, and then something personal happened, and now we are here, what about you?" Hunter stood up and then sat on his bed and said
"Since this morning, I used to be at Military school, left the girl I love behind two years ago, my sister left her husband for a French guy took her kids with her, and ever since then, I have had to deal with some issues on my own." As Hunter said that, he knew then that he didn't like Sebastian because of his obnoxious attitude, but hunter thinks Sebastian gets everything handed to him.
But what hunter didn't know was, he was wrong, so wrong. He judged him too quickly before getting to know him.
