"Have you met Yuqi's boyfriend? I heard that he is in town and he is staying at Yuqi's for a week." Jungwoo asked me when I went to meet him after work, the others are there as well and we are just going to have a bit of drink since it is still a workday and it is not good to drink so much on a workday.

I nodded my head. "I heard that he is from the IT industry and he works in a huge IT corporation in Japan, I wonder how much money he makes a year."

"Why?" I asked him. "Are you jealous of him?"

"Why would I? I am just happy that she is dating such a great guy, I hope that I get to meet him so that I can talk to such an amazing human being." He said to him. "How is he as a person?"

"He is fine, I guess." I sipped on my drink. "Yuqi is lucky to be dating him, he is a good person and he is down to earth."

"I wonder if he would come to hang out with us, is he even free today?" He whipped out his phone, searching for Yuqi's number. "Do you think that they would be together today?"

I shrugged my shoulders. "Call her then, at least she wouldn't be screaming at you for calling her at this timing?"

"She wouldn't, she would thank me instead for helping us to introduce her future husband to us." He said, putting the phone to his ear.

"How can you be so sure that he would marry her in the end?" I asked him and I am surprised that I am even asking him such a question.

Shouldn't I be happy that Yuqi is dating someone for such a long time? And their relationship has been so stable that they can live with each other for such a long time and they can maintain a long-distance relationship and they are only able to meet each other once in a while and they would have to separate once again.

This is something that not a lot of couples can do, it requires a lot of commitment because both parties would need a lot of trust for each other and they would have to believe that each other will continue to love the other person if they are not in the same country and they are far away from each other.

Most couples would either avoid it because it is a very hard thing to do and they are being realistic but there is just one thing that can be said about these couples, they don't have any trust in each other and it is just a matter of time that they would realize it by themselves and they would break up. There is no way that a couple like that would last together forever if they are not able to get away from each other for a while and not fall out of love.

As for Yuqi, it might not turn out to be like that and I hope that it doesn't happen, she would be so heartbroken and she would never want to love anyone again because she got so hurt from love and it would kill her.

"He can come here?" Jungwoo beamed in delight. "And you wouldn't be jealous? Then I will send you the address and you tell him to come here as soon as possible." He ended the call and he looked at me. "He is coming here!"

I hope that he doesn't do anything to hurt Yuqi no matter how good he is as a person, you can't judge a book by its cover and I don't know him that well to know that he wouldn't do that to hurt Yuqi. Not all men are bad at treating women and I hope that he is the good one.

He arrived at the bar around 25 minutes later looking rather lost and I raised my hand to help him find us, he notices me waving at him and he walks up to us, with Jungwoo fangirling over him. It is as if he is some k-pop idol and Jungwoo is fangirling over him and he seemed to have forgotten that he is married and his wife is waiting for him at home.

"Hey..." The boyfriend says to me. "It is good to meet you again, Lucas."

"Nice to meet you, I am Jungwoo and I am a very good friend of this friend and I attended school with Yuqi."

"My name is YanAn, nice to meet you too." He said to Jungwoo which he asked him why he is so good at speaking Korean. "I took up Korean as a second language during my university days and I also got a chance to speak it with Yuqi, and now I get to speak it here with you guys."

He is a nice guy, just like the very first time that I met him at the restaurant when I was having dinner with AhRin. He said that he is using up his 7 days of leave to spend it with Yuqi and he is going to be together with Yuqi for all of the 7 days. What a devoted man...

"You have been together with Yuqi for the past 3 years and now you guys are doing long-distance relationship and it is not going to end for another 2 more years, do you have any plans of cutting short the long-distance relationship and marrying her so that you can stay with her in the same country?" Jungwoo touches on the topic that I have been wanting to talk about and I got more invested in their conversation.

I looked at him as he thought hard about the question and I saw that short second of hesitation that he had and it would not have been so easy to guess if I didn't stare hard enough at him. "Of course, I have plans to marry her sometime in the future. Maybe next year when the time is right or I can even marry her right now."

He is lying. He doesn't have any plans to marry her and it is shown in the one second of hesitation that I could see in his eyes, and he had plans to end the relationship with her instead.
