I stepped out of my bath with Halle already having a towel and robe for me. I walked over to the mannequin to decide what dress I would wear tonight. I studied each one, running my fingers along the fabrics of each dress. I settled for a silk sweetheart neckline dress with silver metal wirings that gave the appearance of feathers. It flared out slightly passed my shoulder blades that giving an illusion of wings. The metalwork traveled to the mid-bodice at the dress. The color of the dress was a deep purple that faded into a softer purple towards the bottom. I slipped on matching cuff bracelets that matched the metalwork o the dress that wrapped around my middle finger. I grabbed my cloak before I walked out of my bed chambers.

Thor was already waiting for me by the balcony. When he heard me approach, he turned around smiling warmly at me. "You look beautiful," Thor grasped my hand and kissed it sweetly. "As always."

"You don't look so bad yourself," I replied. I ran my fingers along the dark cloak that he wore over his armor. "I do say, I miss the red."

"I think it's a little too formal for our planned revels tonight."

"Fair enough. Let our night of liveliness commence," I smirked. Thor grabbed my cloak, holding it up for me so I could slip it on. Thor placed it over my shoulders once I turned around. He hooked his arm for me to take as we walked together to the tavern to meet our friends.

The tavern was full of energy tonight. The beautiful sounds of music playing and laughter filled the tavern and the soft yellow glow brought a sense of warmth to my heart to see the people enjoying themselves. With the war being over, it was good to see the people relaxed knowing that the realms were finally at peace. Thor removed my cloak and handed it to the attendant. He escorted me to where our friends were. Immediately, Volstagg and Fandral got up to greet us. Sif also stood up, hugging me.

"Come, let us drink," Sif said, pulling me over to grab a goblet of wine. Thor, Volstagg, and Fandral also got their drinks.

"A toast to peace across the Nine Realms!" Volstagg cheered, holding his drink up proudly. We all toasted, along with those around us. Volstagg quickly finished his drink and shouted proudly, "Another!" He tossed the empty beer stein behind him, causing us all to cheer at the sound of it breaking.

The barkeep handed us flagons of beer and wine for our table immediately. Volstagg, Fandral, and Thor talked while I talked to Sif. Once in and while, Sif and I would listen to Volstagg's drunken storytelling, correcting him or adding remarks when needed. It had truly been a while since I went out to the tavern with everyone, but Eisa started forbidding me at a certain point. She somehow convinced my father that it wasn't proper for me to spend late nights with Thor when we were drinking. It wasn't until after the engagement that I was allowed to drink, but it was limited.

Thankfully, she doesn't have a say in the matter anymore.

"Another!" I called out, tossing the empty flagon away.

Sif chuckled, "Ravenna, I have never seen you drink more than three glasses of wine! Such an upgrade from three glasses to three flagons."

"Aren't we celebrating?" I shrugged. "We deserve to have a night like this."

"Cheers to that!" Fandral leaned away from the two women he had wrapped around his arms. "We have saved the Nine Realms from falling into utter chaos! Also, we slowed down Ragnorok from approaching. Though, you should probably save your celebrating for the future coronation and wedding."

"Now, that will be a true celebration. A week of celebrating such a long-awaited union." Volstagg raised his drink in the air. "The glorious food and drinks will be magnificent."

I patted Volstagg's stomach, "We truly know where your heart lies." I glanced over at Thor. He had a small smile on his face but remained quiet. His eyes were staring absently at his hand that was resting near his drink.
