I'm twirls the back sorting through the records. Eden is dancing around me listening to 'The Amazing Rhythm Aces' while I sing along.
"Pretty brown eyes. Your wavy hair." I'm swaying along singing and then I see someone standing a few aisles down. I jump.

"Holy, mother of-" I sigh. Eden laughs and looks up.

"Hay look mama! It's Sammy's brother!" Eden runs over to him and he smiles down at her. He pats her head and looks back to me.

"Sorry again. I didn't mean to scare you. I just didn't want to interrupt your singing." He said smiling.

"It's alright. Though you probably should interrupt me. I'm not good at the whole singing thing." I giggled looking back at him. He shook his head and smiled back.

"I think it was lovely." He stared back into me eyes walking closer. Sweet Jesus. This man. I blushed and shook my head.

"How can I help you Josh?" I asked. He stood there for a moment looked down at his feet and back up.

"Picnic." He said.

"Huh?" I had no idea what he meant.

"Yesterday Eden was saying that you both like to go on picnics. So the guys and I wanted to know if you could join us, or we join you, on a picnic." He blushed and Eden jumped up and down.

"Please Mama! Please?!" Eden shook my leg beaming at me. They seemed sweet. Though I don't know them, they seemed alright. Sam and Eden get along great. So what could it hurt?

"Alright." I said. Eden did a little victory dance and josh smiled at us. I smiled back. "We're going on one tomorrow at the park around 1:00. We usually sit by the big oaks in the far back."

Josh looked like he wanted to do a victory dance.

"Great. We will be there." He smiled and said goodbye to Eden. He looked at me again and said goodbye.

Eden was thrilled. A little bit of me was too.
