"Why don't we use this?" Sam asks holding a mic stand.

"Yes! And then we can have it here so it'll hold the one side up." We both high five each other and start putting the sheets up. "Oh! I'll go grab some fairy lights!"

"You have fairy lights?" He asks.

"Of course I have fairy lights. Who do you think I am?" I laugh and leave to grab the lights. I dig through some boxes in the music loft and finally find them. By the time I get back Sam has the sheets up and is putting the bigger blankets on the floor to make a pallet. Eden come running in after me carrying all her stuffed animals. "What are you doing with those?" I giggle.

"They want to hangout with us too! Right Sam?" She laughs.

"Absolutely." He smiles down at her. I feel this flood of warmth pass through me as they start putting the animals in the fort. "Well hello Mr. Waffles. Lovely to see you again." Sam shakes one of the giant stuffed bears hands and Eden laughs.

"Mama? What's going to be for dinner?" Eden asks me.

"Well, what would you guys like?" I say.

"Oh! Can we have the cheese noodles?" She asks jumping up and down.

"I don't have the ingredients for that." I say. She stops jumping and gives me the signature pouty face.

"Why don't we go to the store?" Sam says standing up. "I can drive us."

"Yes! Please mama? Pleaseeeee?" Eden begs.

"I guess. But you gotta help me make them." I say. She nods and runs to her shoes on. I turn to Sam as he watches her run off, and he turns to look at me. "If you want me, we can use my car. It'll save you the gas."

"It's no problem. I actually have something to show you. Follow me." He leads us outside to his car. "Drum roll please." I start a drum roll on my legs. He opens the door. "Tada!" He points to it.

"What?" I smile.

"A seat!" He grins. "I didn't know which one to get, so I looked it up and this one popped up. And I got the one with the flowers on it. I hope she likes it." He says looking at it. I just stare at him, until he looks at me. "What?" He laughs. I run up and give him a quick hug.

"This is awesome!" I leg go and start jumping up and down. "Is this why you offered?" I ask. He nods.

"I thought, since I see Eden all the time, I would probably end up hauling her around. So I bought one so you didn't have to worry about her not being safe." He looks down and I see a blush creep on his face.

"Thank you Sam." He looks back to me and I smile. "I need to get ready."

"Why?" He asks. I point to my dress.

"My dress is dirty, and my hair is a mess from being in the garden and outside." I say. He shakes his head.

"You look perfect to me." He smiles. I feel another flash of heat rush to my cheeks.

"Thank you." I say. Eden comes running to us and looks into the truck.

"Is that for me?" She asks. He nods and lifts her up, putting her in the seat. I stand there and watch as he buckles her in. He's gentle with Eden. She gives him a high five and he shuts the door turning to me.

"You ready?" He asks.

"Oh! I need my purse." I say running back inside. Before I run back out I look at the clock on the wall. This would be the time Josh would have been picking me up. I shake the sad away, excited to go hangout with Sam and Eden instead. As much as I like spending time alone, I like spending it with Eden. I felt a little upset that Josh said it would be the two of us. I walk out the door and hear Eden and Sam singing along to a song. I hop into the truck and watch them giving a little performance. Sam is pretending to hold a microphone and passing it between Eden and him. I pull my phone out quickly and start recording. Sam doesn't see it at first, so he's getting really into it. Eden is laughing and Sam stops.
