"I thought hindi ka uuwi." I sat beside him while holding my wine glass. We finish eating together and now, we're here in their balcony. The air touches my skin and it feels relaxing. I smile and look upon the dark sky.

"I found a way to come here. Tsaka I promise to you na magkasama natin ice-celebrate ang Christmas, right? So I should not broke that promise." he look to me eye to eye. I gave him a smile and pinch his nose.

"You did that for me huh?" he drink his wine also and look at the night sky.

"Yes, I did that because of missing you a lot and I will do everything just to see you." he chuckled when he heard that. He tried to hide his red face at me pero tinitigan ko pa siya dahilan para maslalo siyang mahiya.

"Babe stop teasing me with that look." I laugh harder and look away from him.

"Kinilig ka ba?" pang-aasar ko pa habang tumatawa.

"I guess? but kidding aside thank you for being here beside me now. I didn't expect that this night will be very memorable for me and that's because of you. You make me happy a lot." he lay his arm over my shoulder so I rest my head on him and hug him.

I heard a dog bark coming from us. I carry Eli when he comes near me. We're like a family now.

"Wait may kukunin lang ako sa loob." pagpapaalam niya, I nodded and while waiting him, I played with Eli. He's really big now and at the same time, he's cute. He still recognizes me even I leave for a long time. 

Habang nag-iintay sa pagbalik ni Zheil ay tanging si Eli lang ang kasama ko. Sakto pagdating niya ay tumakbo papasok si Eli at naiwan kaming dalawa. He suddenly open the smalll box infront of me and I saw a ring with a big diamond on it.

"W-wait. Is that a real diamond?" He simply nodded. No fucking way! Where did he get that thing?! Don't tell me kinuha niya yan sa drawer ni tita, nako! Malilintikan kami pareho nito pag nalaman ni titang kinuha niya yan.

"Don't get me wrong okay? First of all, I never stole it from my mom's drawer. It's really obvious on your reaction, hindi ko gagawin yon. Never. " he said to me while I stay in silent "Last is... mom willingly gave that ring to me." I was literally shocked.

"Huh? Really? Pero... ang mahal nito! I will not accept this, sorry Zheil. Ibalik mo na yan kay tita, nakakahiya, ayoko." pagtanggi ko. I appreciate tita's effort but I don't want to accept that expensive thing. I know tita very well and she really precious all her jewelry that much.

"Don't worry sabi sa akin ni mommy ibigay ko yan sa'yo and this ring symbolize how much I love you, like the heart shaped diamond inside that ring. So please Elo... accept that." ayoko man but still... I accept that, sino ba naman 'di tatanggapin yon eh parang sapilitan ng ibinigay sa akin, magtatampo raw siya kapag hindi ko tinanggap. 

"Siguraduhin mo lang na 'di mo ito kinuha kay tita. Ayokong madamay sa'yong kagaguhan. Umayos ka." pagbabanta ko sa kanya habang inilalagay niya yung singsing sa ring finger ko. Tawa lang ang narinig ko sa kanya. I can't stop myself from smiling. This man has so many surprises, he really gave me an expensive diamond ring... just now. What else can he do and give for me huh?

We're here for almost three days and sa pag-i-stay namin ay wala naman halos pinagbago. All the places here before we leave was still here. Ngayon ay maggagala kami ni Theo sa mall. He said that he really miss me so niyaya niya ako. Hindi naman ako tumanggi dahil libre niya ang gastos namin.
