"I don't know...I know this is an orphanage but what if none of them want to go?" Aizawa asked the other man who stood with him. The young man that stood with Aizawa was around his age. His skin was tan and his hair was messy almost as if it were floating. "That's up to you Aizawa. Do you want to have these kids get adopted? Or are are you too attached. Cause I know the two boys that showed up here together have been here the longest. You're all they know."

He responded. "I know Oboro. But I gotta try, maybe they don't want to stay here." Aizawa added. "We'll see when the time comes I guess." His friend responded with a shrug. "You are no help..but I guess I'll tell them." Aizawa sighed standing up straight. "Good luck with that one." Oboro chuckled softly before leaving the orphanage. As he pulled open the door the kids rushed in after their day at school.

They all said hi as they walked inside.

"Hey guys. See you later." he smiled and Dabi gave him an odd look before entering the house. Kyubey was sitting on the couch and at the sight of him she immediately jumped up and tackled him in a tight hug. "Hey princess." he smiled and she blushed as she grinned back at him. "Hi Touya. How was school?" she asked and he rolled his eyes.

"Annoying." he replied and she giggled quietly, playing in his messy hair. "You always say that." she said just as Aizawa cleared his throat and everyone looked up at him, Kyubey pulling back from Dabi who looked kinda dejected at that. "Hey guys so..ah there are a few people who've been asking to adopt some of you and I'd thought I'd let you know because they'll probably appear today and tomorrow. I know the first couple want a girl." he said and there was an odd kind of silence.

"That's great I guess." said Tsyu, trying to be optimistic and Kyubey seemed nervous. "Yeah." muttered Dabi and Shiggy actually looked kinda resentful as he met Aizawa's gaze. The older male winced at that.

Do they want to stay?

He briefly thought as the group dispersed save for the girls who took a spot on the couch, seeming to await their possible fates.

Kyubey fiddled with her fingers as anxiety filled her. She couldn't help but fear the worse would happen.

Aizawa noticed this but decided to wait until the couples got there to see if anything was really wrong. Now that he was looking at them, he really was feeling kind of sad to part with them. He sighed to himself and felt his heart jump when he heard the bell ring. The girls looked up and he gave them a half smile as he turned to answer the door.

When he opened it he was met with the sight of an older looking couple and a woman who seemed to be alone.

"Oh hello Mr. and Mrs. Yui. And who might you be? I didn't know I would get another guest." he said politely and the woman smiled. "I'm Anna Johnson. I wanted to adopt a boy, if you have any here." she said and now Aizawa felt his heart clench. He really hoped she didn't want Dabi or Shiggy. If so he didn't think he could part with either of them.

"Right well. Mr. Yui my girls are on the couch. Ms. Johnson if you could follow me please." he said and the woman nodded once, following after Aizawa as he went around the couch and into the next hall. As they got down further toward the boys room he could hear the three complaining about the girls getting adopted.

"Will you shut up?! She won't." muttered Dabi, the three obviously talking about Kyubey and Keigo snorted. "You're just saying that to make yourself feel better. We all know she's the nicest, of course she'll get picked." he said and there was a tense kind of silence when the room began to heat up, until Aizawa opened the door, clearing his throat.

The three immediately looked up and Dabi tensed up when he spotted the unknown adult.

"Guys, this is Ms. Johnson. She wanted to possibly adopt one of you." he said and Dabi looked slightly uncomfortable when the woman, who had red hair and bright green eyes, drifted toward him almost instantly.

"Hi. My name is Anna, what's yours?" she asked with a gentle smile and he frowned. "It's..Da-"

"It's Touya. But he doesn't really like the name so he goes by Dabi." interrupted Aizawa and Dabi's expression became cold. Anna raised a brow at this. "Oh? Dabi then? Either way you have a very lovely name. How old are you?" she asked and he made a face. "Does it matter? If you want a kid, take one." he muttered plainly and Aizawa sighed. "I'm sorry about him. He has.. behavioral problems at times. Especially around new people." he said and Anna laughed at that.

"I figured. Seems like the dark and brooding type and he isn't even a teen yet. I'd say you're about, twelve now? Or close to it." she remarked but Dabi didn't respond. "And..born in January?" she guessed and he looked at her oddly. "Do you have a mind reading quirk or something?" he remarked and she shook her head.

"Nope. You just seem like you would be born in winter." she replied and he seemed like he didn't know whether he should be offended or not.

"If you would let me, I'd like to take you home please." she said and Dabi tensed up.
