The court session ended, and Arjun headed towards his chamber, expecting to find Draupadi there.

To his surprise, the room was empty. Concerned, he asked the maid about Draupadi’s whereabouts.

She informed him that Draupadi had moved to a new chamber at the far end of the palace after hearing about the rumors of his second marriage.

Arjun felt a wave of mixed emotions but decided he needed to speak with his wife.

He made his way to Draupadi’s new chamber.

The room was smaller than his, and it too was empty.

As he was about to leave, his eyes caught something near the window. Moving closer, he saw a painting of himself that Draupadi had created. The painting was touched with tear stains, and Arjun’s heart sank at the sight.

Through the window, he spotted Draupadi standing alone near the pool in the garden, her figure draped in a simple white saree.

Arjun rushed outside and called out, “Panchali."

Draupadi flinched at the sound of his voice but turned to face him.

Arjun's breath caught in his throat as he saw his wife standing before him, her beauty striking even without jewelry.

She wore only a plain white saree, her hair flowing freely, and sindoor marking her hairline.

She looked ethereal, untouched by worldly adornments.

Arjun was captivated by the sight. Draupadi, too, felt her heart race as she observed him—his well-built form, his handsome face, and the curls of his hair swaying with the breeze.

Despite her inner turmoil, she couldn’t help but admire him.

The magnetic pull between them made it difficult to look away.

As Arjun approached, both were lost in their admiration of each other, each moment stretching with unspoken emotion.

When they finally came to their senses, they realized how close they had become.

Draupadi took a step back, unable to bear the closeness, but she stepped onto a slippery stone near the edge of the pool.

She stumbled, almost falling in, but Arjun quickly reached out and grabbed her hand.

However, in his attempt to pull her up, he also slipped on the same stone, and both of them fell into the pool.

The water surrounded them as they stood still in the middle of the pool, gazing into each other’s eyes.

Draupadi, feeling the water rise around them, tried to step back, but Arjun pulled her closer.

He caught her by the waist and drew her near, his voice firm yet tender.“Krishnaa,” he said, his tone filled with a mix of urgency and tenderness, “don’t run away from me. There are many things that need to be cleared, so please listen to me.”
