♛Chapter 33- Teachings♛

Y/n's POV

You were cooking with Ray, just recently you had been scolded by the others, you felt bad for making them worry

"By the way Emma... Do you mind if I ask you one little thing?" Gilda asked
"Hm?"
"It's something I've been itching to tell you since yesterday..." Gilda said, You were getting a bad feeling...
"If you're not feeling well, will you please tell us." Gilda said flatly she seemed to be emitting a dangerous aura that you didn't want to get directed at you so, you backed up trying to hide from the scolding that you knew you were going to get.
"Gi...Gilda?" Emma asked, Since when could Gilda be so scary???

"Got it? You can't just ensure the pain all alone until you pass out! You're forbidden!!!"  Gilda yelled
"Ng..."
"Promise?!"
"Ah, Yes!

"You never take care of yourself properly, Emma!" Don yelled adding into the mess, Poor Emma,
"And what's this about cutting your own ear?! You didn't mention that in the plan! It's good that you're such a brave girl, but if you die it's all over!!! Don't overdo it!!!!" Gilda yelled as she stretched Emma's cheeks which, surprisingly were very stretchy.
"I'm... I'm Shohhy... But..." Emma said
"But, Nothing." Gilda said with a crazed smile, terrifying. that's all you could think,
"Emma tell us when you are hurting or it will only get worse!!!" Ray yelled, he was upset as well, Well at least Emma knows now so... Go Gilda!

"Emma's being scolded!" Chris said, he stood beside you 
"Yeah"
"You too Y/n!" 
"What?"

Aw shoot,
"I heard you wanted to be the bait?" Chris scolded 
"And fight that lizard demon alone!" Yvette added
"And challenge the farm demons to a run? Do you think that's just fine!?" Mark yelled 
"It's not! Not to mention you go yourself injured!" Alicia said

You fumbled for a way to calm them down but all you could do was furiously nod your head "no"

"You take your eyes off Y/n for a second, and she's already getting herself killed." Lannion said with a sigh
"What? You trying to be Ray now?" Thoma said with his arms crossed
"Now wait right there! I wasn't-" You yelled

"Oh yeah? Let's ask Sonju then!" Rossi added 
"Her chances of surviving that situation were 0%" Sonju said providing the answer that the children wanted,
"See?!" Chris yelled with a scared expression 
"HEEEEEEY!!" You yelled

Alicia ran towards you and hugged you, she was crying 
"I won't die! I won't die, so..." You yelled trying to calm Alicia down

"I was so worried" She said, her voice was muffled,
"You three care alot about us, right? It's like that... This time it's us who got super worried about you!" Don said with a sad smile
"It's true! Don and Gilda were almost crying!" Nat said and Don's jaw dropped as if say 'they wern't supposed to know'.

"If you need help, Say it!" Gilda said, she was holding Emma's hand
"If you're in pain just say it! dont just try to handle it all alone. We're brave too, you know? We'll find a way through anything... If you're in danger, think of your own safety first... please..." Gilda said, she was worried
"We're asking you, please take care of yourselves! We're very happy that you're going so far for our sake, but... In the same way, You too are our precious family, you know?" Gilda said

"So... Please." Gilda said
"I got it... Thank you. sorry everyone." Emma said

You sighed
"Wait! Y/n! Don't put that in yet!" Ray yelled grabbing your wrist,
"That goes in near the end"
"Oh, yeah" you said with a gilty smile and Ray let go of your wrist, you put down the plants that you had been holding on a cloth Mujika had provided along with the other ingredients 
"You doing good? Is your cut hurting?" Ray asked 
"No im fine" You said

"Sooo goood..."
We all sat in a circle with the soup you and Ray had made. 
"how did you make this...?" Don asked taking another sip of the soup
"Its called cooking." Both you and Ray said at the same time

"But... How?! How could you possibly make it be so delicious?!"
"Eh, We just did it like Mujika taught, Step by step."
"Shut up!!! This is so unfair, anything you two try your the best at..." 
"That would be because they're both genius's"
"DAMN YOU!!"

You looked at Emma she was smiling 
"What's the problem?" You asked
"Hm? No, just thinking..." Emma responded, she held her mug of soup in her hands
"Sharing a good meal like this really makes me happy." Emma said with a smile

Time Skip

Its been three days. We're making a lot of progress. Though we have to take many detours... following along this labyrinth.

"I see... you want to head south-east towards this area. Then you should leave the forest from the northern side, and walk around it." Sonju said, we sat in the cave, we were looking at a map. 
"From the north...?" Emma asked
"If we went straight south-east, we'd have to pass through 'wild demon' territory" Mujika said
"Take the long way, and you'll meet with nothing but wilderness. No 'demon' settlements aroing there either. We should be done with this forest within five days. After that, it'll take a single day more for you to reach your goal." Sonju said 
"Im the meanwhile, you should learn something useful. Mujika and I shall be your tutors."

And after that, they taught us what we need to survive, the essential knowledge, and what you need to kill a demon.

You held a bow and arrow in your hands and you let go, Bullseye. although you didn't like the bow much, but you had to learn. Emma seemed to be getting the handle on the bow aswell, she also shot the arrow right in the middle of the target. 
"awesome Y/n, Emma!" the children yelled with smiles on their faces
"good job emma!" you said with a smile and you gave her a highfive and your eyes wandered towards sonju who looked like he was getting ready to go up, Emma's eyes wandered over to him aswell "are you going to go with him?" You asked
"Yeah" Emma said
"...Ok, don't get hurt" you said and then you watched as Emma walked over towards him.

"Mujika, You got anyother weapons?" You asked as you sat next to her, watching as the other children worked on their plant knowledge and shooting 
"Hmm... You could always try something like what sonju has" Mujika sugested 
"Something like what his has?" you asked
"We could ask Sonju to make you a spear or a few knives..." Mujika said with a smile, she alwasy seemed to be smiling.
You smiled back 
"That sounds great" 

"Here," Sonju said and handed you a bunch of spears and knives, "Mujika said you wanted some" Sonju said
and you smiled placing them in a pile on the ground and you grabed a few knives, tossed one in the air and catched it.
"Wow..." you said 
"how did you make these?" You said with a wide smile
"Wood, just sharpen wood and it will turn into a deadly weapon"

You brang the sharp object to your hand and and the blade easyly broke through your skin, making blood run down your hand and hit the floor.

"Thanks Sonju" You said with a smile
"No problem." and he walked away towards mujika

Time to practice

Im just going to say right now, i'm trying. I have no idea what im doing or how this is going to work out but, I just thought that it would be badass if Y/n used a sharp weapon such as what sonju uses... Please- if your still reading this monstrosity of a story then, I thank you
