♛ Chapter 25 - Outside World ♛

Y/n's POV

"Come on, Y/n! It's time we got to get to the other side!" Emma yelled, waving to you. "Y-Yeah!" You responded you were looking out at the house which, was now completely covered in flames. And you ran over in Emma's direction, Ray and everyone else had already made it to the other side. it was just Emma and Y/n now.

"You can go first," Y/n said looking at Emma in the eye's and she nodded and ziplined down. but as soon as she did, the sound of loud footsteps pounded on the concrete. Mom. "Y/n!" Emma yelled as soon as she saw mom. Mom looked the same as ever... although she had a panicked expression. that's new Y/n smirked, mom was panicked. Because we were escaping, something mom never thought we would do. "Y/n...!" Mom yelled, "Goodbye, mom." Y/n said as she zipped down towards the others. Finally hitting the hard ground, I was free! Then, we all ran. we ran towards our freedom, reaching out our hands to a new life as we got further and further away from the house. Hope rose in our hearts and then, we witnessed our first sunrise as free people. We finally made it out!

January 15, 2046. 16 children escape from grace field house. "Whoooo!" Don yelled. But, Y/n couldn't help but feel a sadness in her chest... although we escaped and Norman's plan worked, Y/n felt sad that Norman couldn't make it out with the three of us. And she felt a single tear run down her cheak yet, it wasn't a tear of sadness. it was a tear of relief. Thank you Norman... 

Time Skip (A few hours later)

We've been walking through the forest for a while now, at best 3-4 hours. The cool outside air bushed through your hair. The trees around you we're huge, bigger than what are seen in pictures and drawings, along with the roots that we've been having to climb over. "Guys! lets take a break. we should eat breakfast." Emma yelled, looking behind her to face the rest of us. "Yay!" the children yelled. and they set up to eat. Yet Emma nor Ray joined, as soon as you took a look around you spotted Emma who was standing apparently on look out. "Hey Emma!" Y/n said as she ran towards the orange haired girl. "Hey Y/n." Emma said still looking out into to distance "Your not going to eat?" You asked, concerned. "YOOOOO" a voice said from behind and something hard hit both yours and Emma's heads. "owwww!" you whined and  held the back of your head, "Rayyyy!" Emma whined. Ray held two water bottles in his hand " don't worry Ray said to Emma " this isn't the territory of a savage beast or anything." Ray reasurred " I don't see any foot prints, claw marks or droppings of that sort. usually there are traces you can spot. just like when we play tag." Ray explained "you both are too eager. i'll keep watch. You both need to rest too" Ray said handing each of us the bottles of water he had bumped us in the head with "thanks" Emma said "Yeah, thanks" you said as you grabbed the bottle from Ray. "Oh!" you said remembering "Happy birthday Ray!" you said with a smile "huh...?" Ray asked and you frowned "you didn't hear me?" you asked then took a step closer to him. "Happy birthday!!!" you yelled "Ah! shhhh! your going to attract demons!" Ray said jumping and covering Y/n's mouth and you burst out in laughter, Ray soon to let go of you. "Wern't you just talking about how there are not demons near by?" You said with a mocking frown "That doesn't mean that you should yell!" Ray scolded "PFFFF" Emma barely held in her laughter "I'm glad you two are back to normal!" Emma said in between laughter "hmph!" you said crossing your arms, Ray continuing to face Emma. 

"Anyway. what do we do from here?" Ray asked "I want to get water. you both saw the river earlier, right? i want to see if its drinkable." Emma said with now a serious look. Emma is growing, even as we speak. " a reasonable plan. I've read before that humans will die in three days without water. so we need to get water first." Ray said agreeing with Emma's plan. "and we may even be able to get food too..." you said "And? What about after that? Do you have a plan? somewhere to go?" Y/n asked "Yup. we'll head south." Emma said with a smile "south?" you questioned "Yeah. We're going to point B06-32 to see Mr. Minerva." Emma said and pulled out what looked like a pen "What's that pen?" Ray asked "and point B06-32?" you asked "Look." She said and handed the pen to Ray and you scooted closer to him so you could see it as well.

It was a weird pen with a sort of checker design and on one side it had inisals, W.M "I got it from sister krone." Emma added. "try opening it up." Emma said and Ray did as he was told. As soon as Ray opened it up. "Pull it out a bit more." Emma said edging him on and, Ray did it and then,

Then the pen turned into some sort of an projector, the same owl that was on the books appeared as well as B01-14 "Hm?" you asked "LANNI?!" a voice yelled from back where the others were eating and we rushed over."What's wrong Thoma?!" Ray asked " Emma! Y/n! Ray! Help!!" Thoma yelled, asking for help "Lanni disappeared!!!" Thoma yelled with a terrified look on his face huh???

Hey! it's me mochi sorry for the late chapter! I forgot on Sunday then, when i wrote it on Monday it got deleted so I just re-wrote it again <3 I hope everyone has a wonderful day, We've finally escaped! Although, what is going to happen next in the chapter only takes place in the manga. So, those who have only watched the anime, this will be new for you :) Anyway, Bye!
