Y/n's POV
You woke up that morning to Emma banging pots together, you had been moved back onto the mattress that had been set up for you...
"Sleeping on a mattress is the best!!!" The children yelled,
They must have all had a good sleep,
"Oh, I slept so well!!" Alicia yelled with a smile running toward her friends who were snuggling their pillows
"Ah... Hmmm.. yeah, it was a good..." Ray mumbled still half asleep (Awww)
"Say, were these mattresses always this soft and fluffy?!" Nat yelled with a smile.
After that we all helped make our beds, everyone was refreshed and excited for what was to come.
We all bathed in the warm water and changed into new clothes, you wore a nice white button-up shirt with a bow at the collar and leggings.
"Thank you for the food!" We yelled putting our hands together then, we ate the warm meal presented before us,
"This really is impressive. There's a working toilet, bathtub, kitchen and even a vegetable garden, somehow! It's much more than I could expect. The water is drawn from a large underground reserve. and we employ both geothermal energy and organic waste matter to generate electricity. If the power runs low, there's an auxiliary generator able to run on a different fuel." Ray said
"Organic waste matter?" Don asked Ray with a grin and Ray leaned over ad whispered into his ear,
"Wha- WITH POOP?! FOR REAL?!" Don yelled in disbelief
"And the kitchen garbage I said!" Ray responded trying to calm the situation down but failing horribly
"Don! Ray! Were eating here!!!" Gilda yelled and you couldn't help but let out a laugh.
"To put it another way, we won't be lacking water or energy as long as we're careful. Waste production will stay minimal too." Ray said moving off the "Waste" topic,
"The food stock provided is running low but..." Emma
"Well sure, that guy had been at them for thirteen years..." Don said,
"I've spotted birds outside. And lizards and snakes, too. The supplies we brought with us are holding out better than expected, too. Musica gave us several different seeds to plant... we can try and convert one room into another 'Garden' This is a place where we can live" Emma said with a smile, she must have been thinking about this a lot.
You nodded,
"Minerva is gone, there's some weird guy around, and plenty of questions to answer... but still. B06-32 is the ideal hidden time." You started,
"And in this home we're safe. we're clean. for a group of our size, this pace should provide for us comfortably for a long time. We won't be lacking in food, either." You summed up.
After we had eaten we clean up and started taking a better look around the place, you all still stood in the dining room but everyone was checking out the stuff that most of us had only read about in books.
Nat played the piano as Gilda finished washing the dishes, you stood by her side with a cloth drying them down and placing them in a pile. You smiled enjoying the music as Ray and Emma were talking. You thought you should join them but you enjoying this moment.
"What do you think about the place?" A kind voice said beside you, it was Gilda,
"I think we all could live here forever. I'm glad everyone is so happy you said and placed a plate down that you had been drying,
"Same. but... we still have much to do, I wonder how Phil and the others are doing..." Gilda said Gilda was always a kind person, always thinking about everyone. Almost like a mother.
You smiled to yourself. You could see Gilda becoming a loving mother...
"They're probably doing fine, right now I'm worried about what we will do about that strange man." You said
(Speaking of "That strange man"...)
