"He's bullying all of us!" Lannion said Thoma by his side, both of their backs slumped,
"That man doesn't want to learn our names... He's so stubborn about it!" Gilda said comforting them both,
"By the way, nat, why are you looking so proud?" You asked as you looked at the shelf of books, Nat standing proudly next to you,
"Because my elegant nose line had been recognized!" Nat said proudly with a smile on his face and his arms crossed
"Not only is e refusing to learn our names... He's not telling his name either! He's dead-set on that point too," Emma said.
"I mean he probably doesn't want to grow close. To us, I mean. He must figure it's better to remain detached.
Time skip
"It's not just this switch that makes him vulnerable... the entire shelter is full of extortion material," Ray said with a smile,
"Thanks for the report, Alica!" Ray said, patting Alicia on the head,
"Wait- Rua! What sort of dangerous experiments are you making the poor girl do?! You too Alicia!!" Gilda scolded
"No problem! I won't do it again. After all, everything is important to that man!" Alicia said with a cute smile, Her sentence made you almost tear up, she learns so well...
"It's not as if he's not listening," Alicia said,
"It's a bummer that we can't explore the rooms..." Chris said
"And he yells at us to go away, and gives us these funny nicknames but..." Mark said,
"We kept asking and he got angry!" Yvette said smiling and they all laughed
"Oh, you-! STAY AWAY FROM HIM!!" Gilda yelled, bringing a smile to your face, How cute
"Anyway," Ray said steering the conversation to what he wanted to say,
"We've managed to drag that man along for the Minerva excursion. The rescue, and the escape... we must accomplice both of these goals within two years. Because, if we bring all the kids from grace field here... This shelter will be over capacitated." Ray said
"We have to secure a means of escaping this world as soon as possible... and complete both the rescue and escape within two years. And we're not even sure Minerva will be there. We can't afford to play around and waste time." Ray explained,
"Without that man's experience, we've got no hands to play. He's necessary to our goals." He finished
"And also...! That man is a human just like us, and somehow he managed to go outside and survive for 13 years! With us going so close together, I'm sure there will be chances to learn how he does it!" Emma said with a pile of books stacked in her hands.
"However, if you look at it, going out with him is a necessary step." You said,
"And we've managed that much... I feel a bit relieved." You said with a sigh,
"But... we're still worried about this," Don said in a worried voice,
"And when we say 'until we meet Mr. Minerva' well... Will that man even listen to us? It's not like he couldn't kill us if he wanted to." Gilda said with a worried expression on her face. "It's possible that he'd just say yes, but wait and watch for a chance to kill us, right?" She said,
"Probably," Ray said, now reading one of the books that Emma had stacked up onto the table in front of him.
"It's natural that he'd think that way, to be honest. He might just be looking to put 'disgusting shitty kids' like us into danger out there." Ray said as he flipped one of the pages,
