"Father, please come here!" T'sha called from the main living area. Spock walked into the main area, his hands behind his back. Rachel looked up from the PADD she was reading.
"Yes, my child?" Spock asked calmly as he approached his daughter.
T'sha smiled, stepping to the side, revealing a small cake with some candles lit on it. "It is your birthday," she smiled brightly. Rachel got up to her feet, smiling as well. She hugged her father as she smiled at him.
Spock put an arm around his child, giving her a small impish smile of his own.
Reaching his other arm out, he motioned for T'sha to join them in an embrace.
The other twin did so, hugging her father tightly.
"Thank you, my T'sha and my Rachel," he said with tears in his eyes.
"Thank you for being born,'' Rachel reached up and gave him a kiss on the cheek.
Spock kissed the top of her head. "You two really are the best gift that your mother ever gave me," he said. He glanced over at T'sha, who was smiling at her father.
He held both of his girls close to him before leaning over and blowing out the candles after he made a wish.
