we finished eating together.

i managed to get juyeon and hyunjae to apologize, for good.

we walked outside, the cold breeze at night felt calming to me.

her nose was red, so were her cheeks.

i couldn't help but crack a smile at her.

"why're you laughing?" she asked.

i looked at her with soft eyes, shaking my head, indicating that it was nothing.

i recalled changmins words he told me before we left.

"let's go to the convenience store, buy food for ourselves and have a small picnic in that park!" she pointed towards it, "doesn't that sound great?"

i thought, nodding after deciding to agree.

she grabbed my arm, dragging me to the convenience store and smiled.

it's like, nothing ever happened between the both of us.

"why don't you choose anything, hoony?" she giggled.

the nickname made my heart flutter.

"ah, i just want something to drink, nothing more." i said, grabbing a latté from the fridge thingy in the store.

"we can't have you starving, c'mon, pleaaase~" she looked at me with her doe eyes, again.

gosh, how weak you make me.

i insisted and grabbed a sandwich, fixing my hoodie.

"let's go?"

seohyun nodded, walking to the cashier with me.

"that'll be 12,300₩" the cashier announced.

seohyun looked for her purse, but before she could reach out for her money, i stopped her and took out my card.

"with card, please."

the cashier nodded, signaling that i could pay after programming.

the girl beside me pouted at me, holding the grocery bags.

"have a nice day! do you need the receipt?"

"it's fine," i waved goodbye and grabbed seohyuns hand, leading her out with the bags.

"i wanted to pay!" she sulked, turning her head away and walked off on her own.

but, i halted her by putting my hand on the top of her head and restrained her from walking on.
