flashback 1864

France was beautiful this time of year, it was springtimethe flowers had bloomed making the countryside even more beautiful and especially after the Civil war that happened in America right now was a great time to see the world for how beautiful it really was.

The Alariè name was a well-known name in France, not for anything good for the fact and that was all because of one low life Alariè man who messed with the wrong crowd and for that he was punished along with his future family line. And that included the current Alariè family.

Esme Guerrière was a gracious woman, coming from a well off family she had everything she wanted along with many men in town falling at her feet but none of them mattered, the beautiful blonde fell in love with her personal guard 'Raphaël Alariè'. The two had madly fallen in love and by the time the young blonde was 18 they were married and expecting a healthy son.

Esme was very much aware of the creature Raphaël was and it would have been impossible for her to conceive with someone of his species but Esme was well known around her village and for the right price the right witch would do whatever she pleased. The blonde woman didn't really concern herself with what the consequences could be but she wanted a family so that's what she got.

All the witch had asked for in return was a stone representing the solar eclipse on the day her third child would be boon, the stone known as Red Jasper.

But Esme did not fulfil her promise.

And Willow Noire did not like that one bit.

"Derek? Derek, where are you?" Sage could barely contain her anger at the woman, not only did she drug her with God knows what but she took Stiles' dad. If it wasn't for the human squeezing her hand she would have snapped that bitches neck the minute she stepped over the threshold.

"Right here." She spins around and sees Derek step out of the shadows as if he'd been waiting in the darkness for her. "Thank God." She sighed in relief before rushing over, arms wrapping around him. "Something happened at the recital, at the school, okay? I need to tell you before you hear it, before you hear it for any of them."

"From who?"

"Scott, Stiles, Sage. They're gonna tell you things-- things you can't believe. You have to trust me, okay? You trust me." The woman pleaded and Derek nodded, "What is it?" He asked. "Promise you'll listen to me." She replied desperately, "I promise."

Jennifer smiled at the alpha before kissing him deeply, but she could feel it-- the hesitancy. She pulled away from the werewolf who stared at her in faux confusion causing the woman to squint her eyes at him. "They're already here, aren't they?" She said, stepping away from him as the trio came out from their hiding place, Stiles had a strong grip on his girlfriend as she was still very much weak from whatever Jennifer had given her.
