"Torres should be here in an hour or so." Sam told Bucky, who had icing on his nose. Another tradition of the Wilson Christmas was cooking decorating. Every Christmas Eve day, they'd put on some sort of Christmas movie, and ice cookies in the dinning room. Sam couldn't remember a Christmas that wasn't hectic. This year wasn't any different. Bucky had powder sugar sprinkled in his hair, and red icing smeared down his shirt. They had broken at least 5 cookies, and Sarah and Sam had spent about 5 minutes arguing over what movie to watch. Standard behaviour for a Wilson Christmas.
"Wait, like Joaquin Torres, like the new Falcon?" Cass had his eyes wide, and a practically empty piping bag in his hand.
"Correct."
"Can we meet him?" AJ is the one to ask this time.
"Absolutely." Sam told him, eyes darting from his 2 nephews to his sister, who was shaking her head at him disapprovingly. Sam chuckled, returning to his cookie.
"He's gonna cry." Bucky muttered to Sam.
"I know." Sam glanced down at the cookie Bucky was trying to decorate. "Buck, what is that?"
"A Christmas tree." Bucky told him pointedly. Sam snickered, shaking his head.
"Why is it blue?"
"I was taking a creative route."
"Oh, Sam hates when you do that." Sarah cut in.
"It's a blue Christmas tree, tell me how that is not ridiculous."
"You need to be more imaginative, Sammy." Bucky said from beside him. Sarah snorted at the use of the nickname, causing Sam to glare at her.
"Sammy." She said under her breath, snickering a few more times.
"Yes, yes, my fiancé calls me terms of endearment, can we get over this?" Sam grumbled, glaring at his sister. She laughed into her mug of hot chocolate, looking far too pleased. Sam rolled his eyes. It was gonna be a long day.

Sam and Bucky had gotten back home an hour ago, winding down with a Christmas theme Friends episode playing in the background. They were relaxing on the couch when Joaquin knocked on the door.
"It's open." Sam shouted, hoping it was loud enough for Joaquin to hear. They heard the door knob open hesitantly, and Joaquin bustling in with a few small gift bags, and a backpack on his shoulders. "Hey man, Merry Christmas."
"Hey, Sam. Bucky." Joaquin greeted them with a nod. He sought out the kitchen island, setting the gift bags down. They had both gotten up from the couch, watching Joaquin expectantly as he got himself situated. "Merry Christmas." Is what he says next.
"Yeah, Merry Christmas kid, what the hell is this?" Bucky said, gesturing to the gift bags.
"It's Christmas."
"Give him some credit, Buck." Sam told him, hitting him in the chest as he made his way towards the kitchen, grabbing one of the freshly made cookies off the table.
"I'll get your bag, kid." Bucky grumbled, and after some protest of the younger man, brought the bag up to their guest bedroom.
"My sister and her two boys are coming over in a few. Kids are dyin' to meet you, Torres." Sam told him casually, popping a cookie in his mouth.
