The day went along smoothly without any interruptions. Inuyasha was swiftly dealing with work at his usual pace.

After a seemingly long time it was quiet, serene, stress free and quiet.......much too quiet for Inuyasha's liking. This would have been a normal everyday experience but why was his usual schedule of finishing paperwork and writing rejection letters so boring. It was so empty.

Masami picked up the record book from Inuyasha study table and put them away on the self. Inuyasha heavily sighed closing another record book.

"What's wrong?" Masami asks.

"It's too quiet." Inuyasha responded. Masami thought it sounded odd coming out of his mouth.

"I wonder if Kouga will be here tomorrow."

Masami raised his eyebrow at the last statement. He snickered to himself.

"You've been talking about him a lot lately." He says as he fixes up the study as he pleases.

Inuyahsa scoffed. "What do you mean? I'm just curious." He explained.

Masami has a light smirk on his face. "Is that so."

Inuyasha now flabbergasted watches Masami arrange his study. "What are you trying to say?"

"Nothing really. I'm just saying, all I hear from you is Kouga this, Moroha that. Spending so much time with him, making sure he goes wherever you go and the 'Oh, Where ever is my Kouga?'" He said the last line dramatically.

"I don't actually say that."

Masami side eyed him. "What I'm saying is why? Why is it you think about him? Why do want him around you so much? Wouldn't he be nuisance, being so loud and proud?" Masami glanced over to see his expression.

The brown haired man was surprised by his lords expression, even though he expected it. For a split second Masami could see the horror on Inuyasha's face. He cleared his throat shifting the mood. "Maybe I am wrong," Masami shrugged. "if that's the case, what is it your sighing about today."

Inuyasha seemed to have fully ignore Masami's questions and took his assistants admit to defeat as a win. Even if it was given to him. "Well, I was wondering what I should gift to Kouga. After all he's done so much for me it would be rude not to."

Masami's point was proven, but he didn't need to rub it in. Not now at least. "What about the flower you got him? I didn't really take him as a flower man but he seemed to like it."

"No I'm not sure he liked it that much." Inuyasha thought about it. "I'm not really sure what he would like."

Masami walked over to Inuyasha who went into deep thought. He picked up a scroll and hit his head. Inuyasha put his hand on his head and looked confused.

"Why are you hitting me?!" He exclaims.

Masami looks him in the eye and says. "I'm sure that anything you get for him he would like, as long it's from you. So choose something that you think he would like and I know he'll appreciate it."

Inuyasha pondered on it.

"If you're so sure-."
"I am."
"Well since you are. I'll think about it."

Masami gave him a thumbs up. "Good."

Masami had talked Inuyasha and Kouga to come along to the Kobudo. Inuyasha didn't think much of it. His lord had trust in him so he came, and following behind him was the wolf demon. Upon entering the place attention was drawn to the three of them as they walked past the training grounds. The people were curious seeing them there clearly headed to Mr.Furukawa's private area in the back.
