Chapter 15- Peter

A few months later

"YOU CAN'T SAY I DIDN'T TRY TO SAVE OUR RELATIONSHIP! YOUR THE ONE THAT KEPT LEAVING! YOU LEFT ME OK? IT'S NOT MY FAULT YOU LEFT AND DIDN'T WANT TO STAY OK? NOW JUST LEAVE FOR BOTH OUR SAKES." Estelle yells. "Aw come on ellie you don't mean that now do you?" Peter says. "J-just leave d-don't touch me. LEAVE!" she yells again. "But that's not what you want, we both know that you're just using James." he says in an innocent tone. "N-no don't c-call me that you monster that's all you are a m-monster." she stutters back away. "Ellie! Love, are you ok ?" James asks, running over to her as Peter runs away. "We've been looking for you for hours, thank Merlin you're ok." Sirius says, hugging her. "P-peter he r-ran when he heard y-you g-guys." she tells them pointing. "Ok Remus can you stay here with her to make sure she isn't hurt really badly anywhere try to calm her down." Sirius tells him and Remus nods, kissing Sirius. "Be careful." Remus says. "Wait what?" James says stunned. "We'll explain later James now isn't the time we have a rat to find." he says running in the direction Elle pointed to. "I love you ok? We'll find Peter." James says and kisses her. "O-ok I love you too." They run off and her and Remus just sit there in silence hugging each other. "You'll be ok Elle you're tough you know that?" he says and she looks at him. "No I'm not." she says. "Yes you are, if you weren't you wouldn't have been able to face your crazy ex like that. Ellie, look at you. In the past three years you lost your whole family besides Sirius and you've dealt with far more cruel and gruesome things don't let this one thing get to you ok?" he tells her. "H-he told me I was u-using James." she tells him. "You're not Ellie you love each other you're meant to be." he says stroking her hair. "I want to believe that so bad Remy it's hard to believe it though." she says, tears falling. "You should because it's true." he says, grabbing her face so she'd look at him. "You two are perfect." he tells her. She started thinking about how everything has changed in the past four years, James and her feelings for each other of course they have always been the two people who everyone wanted together. Peter no longer being in the group, Estelle having more friends expanding the group even if they weren't part of the 'Marauders' they were still part of the outside group. Sirius and Remus having a secret relationship, and surprisingly she wasn't too upset about it of course she was a bit sad they didn't tell her but she was happy for them. "When did that happen?" She asked, curious about him and Sirius. "A few weeks ago we wanted to keep it on the low because you know how people can be." he looks down. "Well a wise person once told me 'you love each other and you're meant to be.'" she says smiling, causing Remus to smile. "Using my own words against now?" He raises his eyebrows. "I guess I am because I can see the way you two 'secretly' exchange glances and look at each other the cute little way you get jealous if he and James hang out together without you." she giggles. "I can tell because I sit in the back while you three horse play and I enjoy it. I enjoy our little group Moony, Doey, Prongs, and Padfoot, here till the end." she says, smiling softly. "It'll always be us and you know why?" she asks. She shakes his head. "Because you three came to my rescue immediately when you heard me yell and this isn't the first time." she says reminiscing. "When Peter came the first time you all were so overprotective you kept me safe no matter what." she grabs his hand. "You and Sirius were right by my side the whole time and I could tell you were in love with each other." she tells him. "But If either of you decide to break up with the other and someone hurts I will have no choice but to hurt the one that caused it." she threatens. "Ok ok I'll do my best promise." he promises laughing. "Good." she teases scrunching her nose. "What?" Remus says, looking at her. "Do you hear that?" She says and he listens closer. "Yeah it sounds like-" he gets cut off. "WE DID IT WE RAN HIM OFF." James shouts and Sirius makes a victorious sound or attempts to. "You didn't kill him did you?" Estelle asks. "No Ellie we didn't kill him we're not murderers." James says, rolling his eyes and hugging her. "Are you ok though you were pretty shaken up?" He asks, concerned."I'm ok now I just have a few cuts on my legs but that's it." she tells him. "Let's get back to the castle." Sirius says "You two have some explaining to do." James says glaring at Remus and Sirius jokingly. "Lets get Ellie to the Hospital wing and we'll explain everything." Remus says smiling.
