"There is nothing left of Khaenri'ah, Dainsleif. I have to get revenge for our people who have been turned to these horrible creatures,"
Those words have repeated in Dainsleif head ever since his dear princess left to seek vengeance among the Seven Archons of Teyvat. She was heartbroken when she saw her kingdom in pieces, no one surviving the war. Except for the few who have settled for new lives across Teyvat, or having their lives taken from Celestia when they went up against the universal Gods. He wonders if the same happened to his beloved, or if she still wanders the lands of Teyvat. Certainly her travels must have ended, it been too long, thoughts like these go through his head.
He ended up following her, having nothing else in life, but soon lost her. He now too dawdles the vast nations, hoping to be reunited with [Y/N] one day again while going after the Abyss Order, if the worst hasn't already happened to her. She too was cursed with immortality after all.

"May you find you kin at the end of that journey," the words stumbled out or his mouth, almost stuttering while thinking of his special someone, "Well then, let us part ways here for now."
"Eh? You're leaving? Already?" The companion stated with somewhat anger in her voice as he started to pivot around.
The breeze hit his face gently as his hair blew in the wind, "Only for now. Don't worry, we will meet again.
"After all, I did take 500 mora, and those three answers you gave me."
That was the last conversation he has had with a person in a while. As of now, he was sitting on log outside of a house an elderly couple had rented him for a short amount of time to recover. They hadn't requested much mora from him, and though he couldn't really show any expressions anymore, he was truly grateful for their offer.
It was around midnight when he was disturbed from his sleep by some rustling coming from outside. Suspicions grew at his core as he went outside to check what it was, only to find out it was a squirrel rummaging for food in the dead of night. The squirrel hurried away at the sight of a human staring straight into its soul, and Dainsleif sighed heavily of being disturbed while he slept for once.
