Bad felt Skeppy snake his cold arms around him, which was what woke him up.

"What the muffin, Geppy...?" Bad groaned with his eyes squeezed shut, trying to wriggle further into the warm covers to replace the chill his husband had left on his skin. "Let me sleep, c'mon. That's not funny...!"

Skeppy laughed. "Yes it is! You're always so warm and it's freezing outside," his diamond-hybrid husband ended with a whine to his words. "Anyway, I had to get you up somehow. We haven't left the house in two days and Sapnap's going crazy. I can hear him making a ruckus downstairs."

At that, the sound of barking filled their ears, followed closely by manic laughter.

"Oh no... Skeppy...! You know that sound always means he's terrorising Rat."

Skeppy laughed as he barely managed to plant a kiss on the cheek of a suddenly anxious and distracted Bad - the demon-hybrid dashing downstairs to put a stop to his son's antics.

"Sapnap-!" Bad went to scold the Fire-Borne child, but melted immediately.

"Pa!" the little boy squealed excitedly. "Pa! Pa! Paaaa!" Their son rammed into Bad's middle and clung to it in a tight hug. "Gooood morning!"

"Yes, yes, good morning to you too, my little muffin-head." He ruffled up the boy's unruly, long black hair. At times like this when his bandana wasn't on, Bad seriously considered taking him to Puffy for a haircut. Although, he knew dealing with the tantrum that would follow, wasn't worth it.

"Sapnap?" Bad began, remembering the reason he rushed down here in the first place.

Sapnap gazed up at the giant man - a certain innocence glistening within his eyes. "Yes, Pa?"

"Were you bullying Rat again?"

Sapnap tried making his face look serious as he said; "N-No, sir..."

"Are you lying to me?"

Without bothering to fake it anymore, Sapnap burst out laughing. "I am lying! I'm just so bored, Pa. And she's fun to play with!"

"Did you try setting her on fire again?"

"...only a little..."

"Where is she now?"

"Hiding from me behind the couch..." Sapnap sighed. "She's no fun anymore. I'm BORED."
Sapnap finally let go of Bad before running in circles around the living room screaming: "Bored, bored, bored, bored, BORED!"

Bad tried hard to discipline his son, before giving up and making himself, Skeppy, and his two boys some cereal.

"Breakfast is ready!" he called out. Sapnap immediately dashed in, grabbed his bowl of Porridge and ran to sit in front of the tv to watch cartoons - spilling some milk as he went.

At the lack of nosey-ing around Skeppy had been doing during Bad's conversation with their son, he assumed his husband had fallen back to sleep. However, warmth stirred in his chest as he watched the glistening blue man descend from the stairs holding their second son's hand. They had evidently been playing with Lego, as the blond boy held a gold, brick-piece trophy in his other hand.

"Skeppy! Punz! Glad you could join us," Bad beamed.

"Punz," Sapnap whined sadly through a spoonful of food, "I tho'ght y'u were still sleep'ng. We c'uld 'ave play'd tog'ther."
