It's been a week since the whole thing and things are better and whatever. They are not where I want them but beggers cannot be choosers so whatever. I was out for lunch with my homie, Iminathi, but she goes by Nathi.

She is also married and we been friends since highschool and she's also a stud, but we barely see each other because we are both married. I needed to see her cause I needed someone to talk to about the shit that's happening in my house.

"So what do you plan on doing now?" She asks then I shake my head

"I mean you won't leave her though?" She says but also asks then I let out a chuckle.

"I think that's the only thing that will wake her up at this point because she knows that I'll never leave." I say then she lets out a short laugh.

"So ten years over something you could fix?" She asks.

"Bruh this is my child we talking about. She comes first... If Yolisa keeps treating her like a stranger in her home, then I'll do something about that... I'm not gonna play with my children's happiness." I say then she nods her head.

"So-" she stops when the waitress brings our food. We thank her then she leaves. "How is Lihleli though?" She asks then I shake my head.

"I mean she's okay, but she has a relationship with her mother that was wayyyy closer than ours. It's like they were best friends fam. And obviously I can't fill that void, cause I play a different role, but she seems like she's coping and starting to get used to it." I say then start eating.

"Bruh... Just don't do something you'll regret honestly. Cause she's your first love." She says then I sit back on my chair and look up. I run my hand over my face as I sigh.

"Yeah, but priorities change when you have kids... It's just how it is." I say shrugging my shoulders.

She lets out a chuckle and shakes her head. She was about to say something when someone said my name. I looked up and saw that massage therapist hun. "Andile-"

She cames towards us then I stood up. "Hey." I say giving her a short side hug then went back to my seat.

"How are you?" She asks then I nod my head.

"Good good." I say then I gesture for her to sit on another seat and she sits.

"So this is Nathi." I say introducing them. Nathi smiles and nods her head.

"Liyema." She says then I chuckle to myself. That's what her name is. Literally slipped my mind.

"So you here alone?" I ask.

"Yes. But I'm fetching food, just thought I should greet. I mean your wife and I are friends now." She says then I nod my head slowly.

"Imma quickly go to the-" Nathi said pointing at the toilet. I nod my head then she stands up and leaves.

"Otherwise... How are the wife and kids?" She asks looking at me then I sit back.

"I'm sure you already know though." I say.

"Is it that bad?" She asks then I look up and shake my head.

"Down bad. I don't even know what to do anymore now... Even our marriage is in shambles." I say then lean against the table.

"Talk to someone. A professional maybe?" She suggests then I shake my head.

"I think that's what is messing shit up, cause I don't believe in that shit." I say then she looks at me questionably.

"You that type?" She asks then I laugh.

"Yo, you telling me there's a category this fall's under?" I ask then she laughs.
