"Maaaa. We wanna leave." Elihle screams then I shake my head. I swear this woman will-" I stop when I see her upstairs.

I don't take my gaze off of her till she gets to the bottom of the stairs. I shake my head then find myself looking at her again. Ahhh geez.

"You gonna great or you just gonna stand there and stare?" She asks then I bite my lip.

"Second option sounds better." I say looking at her from her chest to her feet and back up.

"Anyways, let's go." Lihleli says then I clear my throat and look at her.

"Yeah right. So I take it you coming?" I ask looking at Yolisa then she nods her head.

I let her walk in front of me as we go to the garage.

I get in the car then start it. I open the garage then reverse out of there.

"But wait... Why are you coming?" I ask. I only realised now that I'm not face to face with her.

"Ask your children." She says then I look at them.

"So we all know how tense it's been between the two of y'all." Elihle says shrugging his shoulders.

"And we don't like that." Lihleli says.

"So, we kinda planned this dinner so that y'all can- well if it does end up happening-" Elihle pauses for a while then I look in-between the two of them.

"Co-parent properly." He finishes hella fast. Sounded like he was mumbling.

"Come again?" I say cause I genuinely didn't hear him.

"Since you are splitting up, if it happens-" He says then I just look at him.

"I heard that part." I say then he makes his mouth into an O.

"Co-parent." He says then I nod my head.

"Did you know about this?" I ask looking at Yoli.

"You know how I feel about you at this moment so answer that question yourself." She says not even looking at me.

"Yeah you see what I'm not gonna do is go out with you and act like we happy. So nah. Rather get out of my car." I say unlocking the doors.

"Yoh, with pleasure." She says opening the door. I just shake my head and wait for her to leave.

I see Lihleli get out.

She goes to Yoli and they talk for a while. "So are we leaving them?" I ask Elihle.

"Ma, why you gotta act like this though?" He asks then I widen my eyes.

"Listen. I don't have a problem with Yolisa, but she wants to act like a child and I'm not feeling it. So I'm good." I say then he lets out a sigh and looks down.

"Let's wait." He says answering my previous question.

And right then they come back to the car. "I thought I asked you to leave." I say looking at Yolisa.

"Just drive. The less we talk to each other, the better." She says then I suck my teeth and drive off.

We arrived at the restaurant then got out table and shit. We have ordered and we were just sipping on our drinks and waiting on our food.

"Anyways, Elihle how are you... And now I'm asking in general?" I ask looking at him. He looks up at me from his phone then puts it down.
