"YOU'RE ALONE, YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN"

"CHAEYOUNG IS in New Zealand right now, it's been a while since we've spoken. I hope she's doing fine, discovering the whereabouts of the children is still in the process...it's already been a year, who knows how old they've gotten." Jennie pondered on her seat as she stared at the spread-out papers, files, and documents on her desk.

After a few minutes, her telephone suddenly rang making her jump in surprise after being lost in thought for a while. She held her chest at the sudden pain of shock and quickly took the telephone in her hand before the call could disconnect.

"Hello, this is Expédier's, Jennie Kim. How may I help you?" She waited for a few seconds for a sound, then she heard a familiar voice, too familiar to be mistaken.

"Uhm...Jennie? Hi...it's...me"

Jennie's tensed-up body immediately calms down after finding out who the caller was. "Sighs...What is it, Lisa?"

Lisa was calling from the house telephone, she had her bag ready on her shoulders filled with all the things she'll need once she goes out. "I'm heading outside, while I go out and run some errands Uhm...it's called errands right?"

Jennie closed her eyes trying to contain her laugh. "Y-yes it's called errands, it's where you deliver or collect something. Now, what do you need?"

"Oh okay, anyways. I'm calling because I'm asking for your permission if could plant more flowers on the empty flowerbeds, it's alright if you don't allow me to! I just wanted to do something in the yard..."

Jennie gritted her teeth because of Lisa's cuteness. The feeling she was experiencing was as if someone was dying of an overload of cuteness as blood begins to drip from their noses, as her entire face blushes in heat she takes a deep breath trying to contain herself.

"Jennie? Are you there? You're not mad are you?"

"O-oh! N-no no! I'm not mad! It's just that the...cough...I was just trying to sneeze that's all."

"Oh...okay! Should I prepare some medicine for you once you get home?"

"No need! This is just because of the air, anyways...about the flowerbeds, you can do whatever you want with them. I don't have time to take care of them anyways."

"But...what's your favorite flower?"

"Uhm...Hyacinths, why?"

"Alright! I'll be going now, take care!" Before Jennie could reply, the sudden long beep of the telephone indicating the call has ended left her dumbfounded.

"Uhm...wait! I need to get back to work."

Jennie forgot about what just happened and continued with her work, the day was going to belong and that wasn't going to stop Jennie from solving a huge case at her fingertips.

It was a nice day for Lisa to go into town to purchase some groceries since their pantry was almost out of stock, besides that, the season was perfect for her to grow flowers so the empty flowerbeds were finally gonna be used.
