I manage to get out of his apartment. I leaned my back at the door and silently sobbing my heart out. I can't believe that he'll do this to me. What happened to Always? did he forget about it?

Always seems like a broken vow for me. It crashed me to the bones. All the dreams we built that night vanished in an instant. That is because of one single mistake. Siguro nga hindi niya kasalanan ang lahat. May part na nagkulang din ako but is that enough to cheat? is that enough to forget our promises?

Tumayo ako at lumingon pabalik. Nilapat ko ang dalawang palad ko sa pinto at doon pinatong ang noo ko sabay iyak. I still love him despite what he did. He filled my heart that it's hard to let him go even when I am hurting because of him.

"Why did you do this to me, Malonzo?"

I muttered in my mind. Questions I can't answer myself.

I straigthen my back as I wipe my tears away. I took two steps backwards from the door. One more minute, if he will go out from this door, then I will hear his explanation. And, if he doesn't then it means he chose to stay with her inside than explaining his side to me and court me to listen to him.

One minute had past but the door is still close.

"One more minute, She. One last" tawad ng sarili ko sa sarili ko.

Just I am about to get a smile because the door's opened but it suddenly died down when I saw not only Malonzo but Mackenzie too. He is carrying her on his arms. I look at him curiously then to Mackenzie, who is unconscious. My mouth parted when I saw blood dripping from Mackenzie's wrist. Don't tell me she did it...

I look at Malonzo in horror with my mouth covered with my hand.

"W-what happened?" I said in panic.

Kahit pa may ginawa sila sa akin, hindi ko maatim na di mag-alala.

"Mamaya ko sasabihin. We need to go to the hospital before it's too late" he said and I nodded.

We're very lucky that someone got in the lift. Without hesitation and fear, I asked the guy to help us call for a help. My phone is not useful in here so I can't use it to call 911. The man is very kind to help us.

Dinala namin siya sa malapit sa hospital with the help of the guy. He kindly even offered to drive us to the hospital. Hindi na kami nagpatumpik-tumpik pa at sumama na kami sa kaniya.

Gusto ko sanang sumama hanggang sa loob pero mukhang hindi na ako kailangan doon. Mali man ang nararamdaman kong selos pero hindi ko mapigilan. I chose to wait for him at the hallway, in the bleachers.

"Hey" I heard a man's voice.

He seated beside me and he handed a small bottled water to me. At first, I was hesitant because he is still a stranger and of course I have panic attict to foreign people.

"Don't worry, it's safe and you looked exhausted" he said.

I smiled and accepted the water.

"Calvin" he extended his hand for a handshake.

My eyes went down to his hand. I gulped due to the tension building inside my chest. It's pounding a little bit fast. It's because of my panic attact. This is a close area that is full of foreign people. I held my chest tight.

"Are you okay?" he asked, concerned.

Umisod ako palayo sa kaniya ng kaunti. I saw him shock from what I did.

"Are you uncomfortable with me? I-I can go" he said in frantic.

I breathe out heavily. Medyo nabawasan ng kaunti.
