The good news that mom was so excited about over the phone to tell me is that, my dad got promoted. He is now the senior manager in the bank where he is currently working.
That is why, we celebrate it that night. I am proud of my father and of course mom too. They really work hard with their respective jobs. Unlike any other family, who both parents are working; mine are always have time to spare for me. My mom was an editor-in-chief at a local publishing house. Ako lang yata ang nagkukulang sa kanila.
The next day, is a brand new day for all of us. Same old routine started my day but the only difference today is that, I received a call from the man I love. He greeted me a happy morning. Kinikilig ako umagang-umaga palang. Pumasok ako ng school na may malaki at matamis na ngiti.

Binalik ko sa loob ng bag ang cellphone na hawak ko. Patuloy parin sa pagbabangayan ang dalawa. Pati si Tiffany nakisama na rin sa bullying kay Amanda. Natatawa nalang ako sa mga naririnig ko mula sa mga asaran nila.
"Waiting for someone?" I held my chest due to shock from the person behind me.
Tinubuan ako ng hiya bigla kay Tiffany. What shall I tell her? Yes, I was waiting for your twin.
"O-oo" tipid kong sagot.
Tumango siya.
