It's Paolo's birthday today. Reason why. I went home to celebrate it with my family. Si Penny lang wala sa occassion since nasa Paris parin siya. But I have heard she is coming this year. I missed her even we weren't that super close as a relative.

I kept myself entertain with foods. Gutom na gutom ako ngayon dahil nag-iintermittent diet ako. Tamad akong maggym kaya kukuhain ko sa diet.

"Yan ang nagagawa ng nagpapalipas ng gutom" Ina exclaimed and sat beside me.

Nerolyohan ko siya ng mata sabay subo ng karne aa bibig ko.

"It's called fasting Ina. Palibhasa kasi di ka tumataba kahit anong kain mo!" asik ko sa kaniya kahit may laman pa ang bibig ko.

It's true. After my league incollege, I haven't been obligated to go workout to pumped my body. Unlike before, kahit hindi ako maggym, okay lang. Batak ang training namin kaya nabuburn ang mga kinakain namin and of course we follow strict proper food consumption.

"I told you to just lessen your food intake. Mag tea ka kung gusto mo to improve metabolism" She said.

She talks like a person in medical field. O well, she is. She is a nurse. She graduated this year that is why it's a double celebration today.

"So, what's your plan? are you going to pursue medicine?" I asked her..

"I still don't know. Studying is draining. For four years I spent burning my eyebrows diving to all my thick books. Baka mag NLE nalang ako" saad niya.

"Do whatever you want Ina, I will support you in every way" I told her.

She gave me a look.

"What?" taka kong tanong.

"Stop being cheezy, hindi mo bagay"

I slap her shoulder then rolled my eyes at her.

"Whatever"

Isa-isa naring nagsidatingan ang mga bisita ng pinsan ko. Mostly are from his college friends. Sa aming apat na magpipinsan in Herrera side. Paolo is the most friendly one. Ako kasi sakto lang. Mapili talaga ako sa pakikipagkaibigan. I don't care about the quantity. I am more about the quality set of friend. Ina on the other is more picky than me. Suplada kasi e kaya ganyan. Si Penny namin, tanging sila Rula lang mga natatangi niyang kaibigan.She prefer books and sitting at the corner rather than socializing with other people.

"He still havent broke up with that girl huh?" asik niya.

I followed the direction where she is looking at. She is talking about his brother's new girlfriend, Barbie. She is very adamant in voicing her own disagreement to Barbie.

"Let them be, Ina. Matanda na si Paolo kaya na niya yan" I said.

"Tsk. Her name doesn't suit her. Sa bagay malandi naman talaga si Barbie sa cartoon. Daming prince charming!" narereklamo niyang sambit.

I softly chuckle at her rants. Nandamay pa siya ng cartoon character para ihambing lang ang girlfriend ng kapatid niya. I can't relate with her sentiments since I am an only child.
