Mercedes held Moxley's leash, as Clint walked beside her. The two decided to take a walk around the city for a while to enjoy their time. Moxley was enjoying the walk, since it had been a lot long than the walks he had been on for the last couple of weeks.
"So, your father is Tony Stark, does that mean your as much of a genius as Stark claims to be?" Clint asked, causing Mercedes to laugh.
"Surprisingly, my father is a genius, but I am not. Well, I mean, I don't like to say that I am. I don't know everything, so I don't consider myself a genius." She replied, making Clint chuckle.
"You're a doctor, and I've heard you can learn anything in minutes, so I'd say that's pretty genius if you ask me." He commented, causing Mercedes to smile.
Seeing the smile on her face, Clint smiled to himself as well. If he could make her smile, he knew he could eventually make her blush. He didn't want to bring up her father too much, since he knew she wouldn't feel too comfortable with it, and he wasn't completely sure how well she and her father got along.
"I do have a question," He commented,"Since your father is famous, does that mean you are, too?" He asked, causing Mercedes to shrug.
"I mean, I don't get followed around by paparazzi or anything like my father does. I don't like being in the public eye as much as him, but since he's my father, I am somewhat famous, I guess. The world knows who I am, for the most part, I just haven't been caught out in public and forced to talk to people about myself or my father. I've been rather lucky so far when it comes to being a celebrity's child." She replied, chuckling to herself.
Before Clint could say anything else, a little girl ran over to them. She had the biggest smile on her face as she stared at Moxley. The little girl looked up at Mercedes and Clint with a hopeful glint in her eyes.
"Can I pet your doggy?" The little girl asked, causing Mercedes to smile.
Mercedes crouched down to the little girl's height, and Clint watched as she talked to the little girl and Moxley wagged his tail excitedly. He watched as Mercedes pet Moxley with the little girl, both laughing when Moxley licked the little girl's cheek.
"He's given you kisses." Mercedes commented, and the little girl blushed.
"Molly!" The three heard, causing them to look up.
A woman with dark hair came running over, and Clint figured she was the little girl's mother. She bent down to the little girl's size and placed her hands lightly on the girl's shoulders.
"You can't run off like that. You almost gave Mommy a heart attack." The woman commented, hugging her daughter.
"I just petted the doggy, Mommy." The little girl said, petting Moxley again.
"I'm sorry if she bothered you two, she's very fond of dogs--Mercedes Stark. You're Tony Stark's daughter, I remember seeing you once or twice on tv." The woman stated, seemingly star struck.
"Nice to meet you." Mercedes replied, being completely polite and nice.
"I named Molly after you--well, I used the first letter of your name, but I wanted to name her after you. When I had her, my mother forbade me from naming her Mercedes, so I just used the first letter," The woman rambled,"We have to go, but I really loved meeting you. You're an idol for so many little girls. Keep being you, Mercedes, you're amazing." She added, before waving to the couple, and taking Molly as she left.
"You have children named after you by your fans." Clint commented, chuckling slightly.
"I've never heard of that happening before, but I honestly feel honored. That's crazy!" She exclaimed, smiling at Clint.
"Let's go get coffee to celebrate the advancement in your fame." Clint said, causing the girl to raise her eyebrows at him.
"This late?" She asked, and he grinned.
"It's never too late for coffee." He replied, making her laugh.
Clint lead her and Moxley to his favorite coffee shop. The coffee shop never allowed animals inside, but since it was so late, he doubted they would care. They did give small treats to people when they had pets, but those people were always at the drive through. He never seen an animal inside, so he believed they didn't allow animals inside. Walking inside, the baristas smiled at the two. One barista came from behind the counter over to the couple.
"Can your pup have treats?" She asked, and Mercedes nodded.
"Of course, and his name is Moxley." Mercedes answered, as she patted her dog's head.
Clint and Mercedes went to the counter and ordered their coffees, hers having more sugar and creamer than Clint's. Once their drinks were given to them, Mercedes grabbed Moxley's leash again and walked out of the coffee shop with Clint. Clint walked her and Moxley back to her apartment, before Mercedes detached the leash and let Moxley run inside.
"He's going to be asleep real soon. He and I had a lot of fun today." Mercedes commented, causing Clint to smile.
"We should do this again." Clint replied, and Mercedes nodded.
"Definitely," Mercedes answered, biting her lip,"You should come over Friday night for dinner. I can make something special for us." She said, and almost instantly Clint agreed.
"I'll make sure I'm free for you." He replied, making her smile.
Feeling a bit of courage rush through her, Mercedes leaned forward and attached her lips to Clint's. Clint placed his hands on her hips, as she placed hers on his chest. When they pulled away, they both held smiles on their faces.
"I will definitely see you again soon." Clint said, causing Mercedes to laugh softly.
"I'd like that." She replied, knowing she'd see him for dinner soon.
"Goodnight, Mercy." He commented, kissing her cheek.
"Goodnight, Clint." She murmured, before she watched him walk away.
Once he was gone, she closed her front door and let out an excited squeal. She hadn't had such a great date in her life and she was beyond happy. Clint was definitely someone worth seeing again.

1. Should Laura exist? If so, should she be his sister, or his brother's ex wife maybe? Should she still have the kids?
2. Should Mercedes and Clint be engaged before Tony finds out about their relationship?
3. Should Mercedes and Clint have a baby before Tony finds out about them?
