this is a love story between sage and lucius this is going to be mainly romance this story wont have smut in detail there will be a little bit but not to much as i wanna focus on the romantic as...
sage was ecstatic today she and the rest of her year were making their transfer to Hogwarts for the quidditch school league. sage had decided to surprise Severus by not telling him about it, she couldn't wait to see the look on his face when she arrived
sage was helping load the last few bags onto the carriages and had gone to join may, as the girls sat in the carriage they couldn't help but feel nervous, sage felt especially nervous as she was going to see Lucius. this would be the first time she had seen him since their magical kiss that day.
about an hour and a half later the carriages flew by Hogwarts and they started to land.
(Lucius pov)
Lucius and Severus were sitting in the great hall having some lunch at their table chatting about quidditch and school, while there chatting away their attention was drawn to the front of the great hall where their headmaster Armando dipped was about to make an announcement
he said
Welcome back students there are a few things I wish to announce, first I would like to remind you all that the woods are off-limits to all, secondly as your all aware the quidditch school league is being hosted in Hogwarts this year so I would like to inform you all that you will be sharing your school this year
Lucius and Severus look at each other confused as their headmaster continues. now I would like you all to join me in welcoming the lovely ladies from the beauxbatons in France
Lucius's heart skips a beat and sees sage walking in line with her classmates and her head held high, she looked beautiful in her uniform
(if you're trying to picture it picture the walk the beauxbatons entrance in the goblet of fire, not the dancing bit just the walk)
as the assembly ends Severus runs up to hug his sister and Lucius is just standing there in shock. sage walks over to him and hugs him, just as she's catching up with the boys and explaining how she was there and telling them about how she was on the quidditch team. as there catching up with the group of people sage had met in the leaky cauldron had approached them
Lilly looked happy to have another friend around the two hugged and they all started talking, sage noticed that her brother looked uncomfortable so the three of them slipped away and sat under a tree in the outer bounds of the castle

as they were under the trees chatting away Severus decided to head inside, sage and Lucius decided to stay under the tree and relax.
Lucius sits up and looks at sage "where will you be sleeping?" he asks her "I will be in one of the prefect rooms seeing as one has offered it to me" as she looked over at him their eyes met again and she was about to kiss him when an obnoxusly perky voice
"luci baby!" lucius has an expression that looks like a mix of discussion and distraught as he looks at sage a young girl walks out to the two
"ah there you are luci" a girl known as narcissa walked over and gave sage a dirty look "who is she," narsissa asked sounding pissed "oh no I'm just friends with lucius I'm severuses sister," sage says to her with a smile even tho a; she wanted to do at this moment was to scream
the girls smile and hug each other and chat away while lucius is sitting there looking absaloutly distraught "I do enjoy your company sage but do you mind if I have some time alone with my fiance" Lucius scowls at her "your not my fiance" he said coldly sage gives an awkward chuckle "ill leave you to lovebirds be enjoy" she smiles and walks away but as soon as her back turns from them tears begin to fall from her face.
her heart had been broken into a million pieces, the pain she felt was worse than the pain of the rejection she feared she felt used she felt alone and she was crushed
