sage was sitting comfortably watching the Slytherins train, her eyes were glued to Lucius who she still couldn't believe was her boyfriend. I mean who would have thought the quiet bookworm dating the captain of the Slytherin team, was truly a dream come true for her, not only was Lucius sexy as shit he was also kind and caring, and deep deep DEEP down he was soft and sweet. he wasn't as scary as everyone thought he was that was just his rough exterior.
once the team's practice had ended sage met Lucius on the pitch and they kissed as they always did, they talked while he was walking back to his dorm to shower
as sage went to go to the library he stopped her "care to join me?" he smirked at her, she smirked back and just said "fuck it you only live once"
so sage joined him
and needless to say, moaning myrtle wasn't the only one moaning in that bathroom that day
after the shower incident sage was left with bruises and marks all over her body, so many to the point she had to use a concealment charm to cover them all
later in the evening sage walked into the great hall and smirked at Lucius as she sat down with him and Severus
"How was your shower after practice" sage teased him "fine," he says while going bright red. their attention is drawn to what Severus said next "I won't be able to hang out much this weekend..", they both look at him in confusion "why not sev?" sage asks, they look at him in anticipation "I have a well..." "well what sev spit it out "sage says, Severus studders "I have a date..." Lucius and sage look at each other in surprise
"congrats bro you finally grew a pair and asked a girl out" the three laughs
the three are sitting in their usual spot and Lucius had his arm around sage, as they're all chatting away they hear an obnoxiously loud voice beaming through the hall
"YOU WHORE GET AWAY FROM MY LUCI" it was none other than Narcissa. at this point everyone was staring at them which made sage anxious, Lucius noticed and tried to comfort her which angered her more so she decided to run at sage. Narcissa grabbed her by her hair and was about to hit her in the face when Lucius and Severus stepped in
Lucius pushed Narcissa off of sage and both him and Severus were helping sage up off of the ground and tried to comfort her. sage was having very intense flashbacks to when her mother did the same thing to her
Severus led sage out of the room as Lucius screamed at Narcissa
"YOU FUCKING PHYCO, HOW DARE YOU LAY A HAND ON HER" Narcissa is taken aback by his words
"but Luci... you're my boyfriend" Lucius looked as if he could kill her right then and there, but instead he thought of sage and stopped himself and simply said, "Narcissa I broke up with you over a month ago do you not remember" then he stood up on a chair and told everyone in the room
"to anyone who doesn't know I broke up with Narcissa black over a moth ago and have been dating severuses sister sage and if anyone has an issue with that you can go fuck yourself!!!!!"
when he stepped down everyone started clapping and cheering at his confidence, but he didn't stay to listen to their praise, he went straight to see if sage was alright
sage was in her dorm crying and Severus was sitting by her side hugging her, doing his best to comfort her as she used to do for him
Lucius came in and rushed to her side with a blink of an eye and just held her as she cried. he hated seeing her like this, but what he hated, even more, was that he couldn't stop her pain, he couldn't just take it away.
it had been about three hours now and sage had fallen asleep with her head on Lucius's chest so he used wandless magic to get a blanket and cover her so she wouldn't get cold, then he sat there as she slept fascinated by her every move. now and then he would have to stroke her arm as she was having nightmares but it seemed his touch comforted her
he felt he had to protect her now more than ever as she was so vulnerable, she was so fragile she was so kind she had to be protected he had to keep her safe.
