"girls, i have an idea." esmeray said, placing her mug down.

the three girls were all sitting at a table at a local coffee shop, all trying to fix their friendship.

"what?" auriella asked.

"what if we go on a vacation. just the three of us." esmeray smiled.

"how are we gonna get the money?" willow asked.

"i'll pay. my treat for being mean to you two." she replied.

"what about work?" auriella asked.

"i can take a couple days off. the boys can handle themselves." esmeray chuckled.

auriella and willow looked at each other, smiled, then back at esmeray.

"let's do it." willow said.

esmeray pulled out her laptop and searched up warm places to travel too.

"what about hawaii? it says the temperature is perfect and no one's really there in the winter time." esmeray said.

"isn't hawaii to basic though?" willow asked.

"true. everyone wants to go to hawaii." esmeray sighed.

"oh! what about hanoi in vietnam? im from there and i could show you guys around." auriella said.

"im down." willow said, sipping her coffee.

"im down too. let me see when i can take off." esmeray grabbed her phone and went through her schedule to see which week only had one game.

"i got a week, i'll see if i can take off." esmeray said. she called her boss and asked if she could take off.

esmeray was allowed to, and all three girls couldn't wait to go.

"i have so many fun things i want to show you guys. you'll love it there." auriella smiled.

esmeray was back in the apartment trying to catch up on some college work she had missed. she was improving so much that she would be ready to graduate earlier than normal.

auriella had picked out so many different things from walking around the towns quarter, going to west lake, going to the museum of ethnology, and going to the beach. esmeray was ready, even if it was a month away.

there was a knock on her door and esmeray looked up. jack opened the door and sat down on her bed.

"what's this im hearing? you're going away for a week?" jack asked.

"how'd you know?" esmeray asked, pushing her computer aside.

"word gets around. where are you going?" jack asked.

"vietnam with auri and willow." esmeray replied.

"willow? like the willow who kicked you out?" jack asked.

"yes..we're trying to fix our friendship, and it's going pretty well." esmeray smiled.

"that's good." jack said cautiously.

"relax jack. she's gotten better and i have forgiven her. it was something she said in the heat of the moment." esmeray defended.

"okay, but i'm still going to defend myself and you if she every says anything." jack told esmeray.

"alright." esmeray gave jack a quick kiss then focused back on her school work.
