newest member, esmeray miller, of the nhl, new jersey devils, hospitality team found in vietnam with friends.
miller was spotted with two friends in the airport and she had some bruises on her face.

esmeray didn't talk at all on the flight back to jersey. what had happened the night before had traumatized her, but she had experienced it before.

auriella and willow had brought esmeray to her apartment while the boys were at hockey. they helped her unpack and get in the shower to wash the filth off of her.

"i don't know what to do. i feel so bad." auriella cried. she felt like what had happened to esmeray was all her fault.

"there was nothing we could do, auri. i feel bad too but we didn't know where she was or who she was with." willow explained.

the two were sitting on the couch, waiting for esmeray to come out of the bathroom. the door opened and they expected esmeray to be out, but instead it was ty and jack.

"is esmeray okay?" jack asked immediately.

"she won't talk, but she's in the bathroom now." willow said.

esmeray came out and jack ran to her.

"are you okay? what happened?" jack bombarded her with questions.

"jack, relax. she just came back. let her settle down." ty said. jack backed away, watching esmeray go to the kitchen to grab a drink.

she went back to her bedroom, leaving the four out in the living room.

"can you please tell me what happened?" jack asked willow and auriella.

"we were at the club, this guy was following her around, she went to the bathroom and we assumed she had left so we left. i don't know what happened after she left the club, but i think she was..." auriella trailed.

"you think she was raped?" jack questioned quietly.

"possibly, or sexually assaulted, it's hard to tell, but something like that happened to her." auriella responded.

"what should i do? i want to help her." jack frowned.

"she's not gonna want to talk about it, trust me. just give her some space and if she needs anything do it for her. she feels vulnerable, i know." willow told him.

"if you need help or she needs anything that you can't give her, call us." auriella said, leaving the apartment.

jack threw himself on the couch, angry at himself that he couldn't do anything and angry at esmeray's friends for leaving her behind at that bar.

"we can figure this out, together. she'll be herself sooner or later." ty assured.

"how do we know? i've never had to go through this." jack frowned. they heard a door opened and esmeray came into view.

the two boys didn't say anything, and she sighed.

"i heard you guys talking.." esmeray started.

"i.." she started to tear up and jack walked over to her, giving her a hug. he felt esmeray tense up, but slowly relax into his arms.

"i was, i was assaulted." she cried. her body became limp, and jack held her up. he carried her to the couch and brushed her hair out of her face.

"i cant.." esmeray started to breath heavy, and jack could tell she was going to have a panic attack.

"i couldn't get them off of me," esmeray frowned, "i felt so dirty and disgusted with myself that i couldn't fight them off."

"im going to loose my job." esmeray said, widening her eyes.

"you're not. trust me. they wouldn't do that." ty said.

"i just, i can't go to work..i can't go to the game tonight." esmeray told them.

"we understand. i'll tell chris that you wont be in for a while. you're one of the best on the team esmeray, they wouldn't fire you for something that happened when you weren't even with the team." ty said to her.
