You tell his family you are pregnant

Harry

Anne and Gemma were with you and Harry in London for a visit and to tell them some very exciting news. "So, [Y/N], what were you going to tell us?" Anne asks happily. Harry cuts in and wraps his arms around your waists and places them on your stomach. Anne's eyes light up as Harry begins, "Well, I am going to be a dad," Harry says, kissing your cheek. You blush and add, "And her name is gonna be Darcy Anne." Gemma squeals and Anne smiles brightly as you and Harry beam at their reactions. 

Louis

You paced back and forth, anxious for Louis' parents to call you guys on Skype since you were in America when you found out yo were pregnant. They finally called, as you and Lou sat down at the table, ready for the big announcement. "So, what's so urgent?!" they asked. "Well, you guys will be pleased to hear that [Y/N] is pregnant," he said, a big smile on his face. His parents awed and clapped, and you were relieved to know that his parents were just as happy and excited as you were. 

Niall

You and Niall's mother were out on a girls day while Niall and his father were back at home. You and Niall were in Mullingar and his mother wanted to spend some time with you. You were shopping as you came across a baby store. You walked in with Maura behind you. "Well Maura, you're probably wondering why I walked in here." She nodded at you as you said, "Well, I'm pregnant." She smiled and pulled you into a hug. "Then let's get shopping!" she said, going through all the baby clothes and items. 

Liam

Liam was visiting his parents and you weren't there because you were busy with your job, but Liam called you on Skype one day. "We're gonna tell them now," he said. You smiled as he took the laptop to his parents. They greeted you and you waved. "So, why are we on Skype with [Y/N]?" his father asked. You smiled and Liam smiled. "Well, I uh, Liam and I are going to be parents," you said happily. Liam looked up at his parents as they smiled brightly. "Yay!" his mother said. You giggled at how cute they were and Liam was very pleased with the way everything turned out. 

Zayn

You and Zayn were off in Bradford to inform his family of some very exciting news. It was the perfect time, you two had just gotten married a little over a year ago. You were all at dinner as his mother asked, "So, you said there was something you needed to tell us?" You and Zayn looked at each other as he grabbed your hand underneath the table. "Well, uh, Zayn and I just wanted to tell you guys that uh, I'm...I'm pregnant." Zayn's sister's faces lit up and his mom covered her mouth with her hands and his dad smiled. Everyone cheered in joy as you and Zayn smiled at their reactions. "Oh, and it's a boy," Zayn added, earning more cheers from around the table.
